What Is Sad Is That She Really Believes In What She Is Saying

Disgusting as well.

Meet Mary Elizabeth Williams:

She is a staff writer for Salon. Her recent column on why she is pro-abortion would be considered a sick joke if she wasn't so serious.
The title alone gives you a clue about where she is heading, So what if abortion ends a life? Yes she is admitting that abortion takes the life of a human being. But she is so callous that she thinks it is OK.
Why? Because she says that "All life is not created equal." You read that right. She is basically repudiating the Declaration of Independence, endorsing Hitler's attempts to kill the Jewish people because they were inferior & not fully human, & fully embracing Margaret Sanger's racist, eugenic agenda.
The last should be no surprize for those reading the article. It was written to applaud Planned Parenthood's recent announcement that they were backing away from the term choice & seeking to be more nuanced about why someone should be able to have an abortion.
She is somewhat aware of how this makes the pro-abortion side look. She says they could "wind up looking like death-panel-loving, kill-your-grandma-and-your-precious-baby storm troopers". No, it makes them look like something much worse. Something she fails to admit.
She fails to admit what this actually makes them look like because of what it justifies if you follow it to her logical conclusion. So where does her logic lead? Let's take a look.
I already made some reference to others who held this view & how they lived it out. Hitler's agenda led to the death of 6 million Jews. Sanger & Planned Parenthood have been doing their best to ensure the elimination of blacks & hispanics whom she saw as racially inferior, not equal to her idea of what a human should be.
So, if someone sees blacks as less than equal to whites, why shouldn't he own blacks as slave? If you follow her logic, that is where you end up.
Now I am sure she will deny that it would lead to this. But remember, many slave owners did view blacks as not being humans, just property. & in the Dredd Scott decision, the Supreme Court affirmed that view. Their lives weren't equal to that of whites. We have already been there in this country, so why not again.
So who decides which lives have more value. In this case, she has decided that the mother's life is. But who made her the final authority?
She would say that in this case, she isn't the final authority, but the woman is. But if the woman can decide that about her child, then why can't that same right to decide extend to everyone about everyone else?
If every life is not equal, who is to be the final arbitrator of who deserves to live & who doesn't?
What is to prevent another Hitler from coming along & deciding that Jews, blacks or even women are lives that are not equal to the group he wants in charge?
Much as she may not like it, her view justifies racism, it justifies racial cleansing, it justifies slavery, treating women as 2nd class as well as the evil of abortion. Much as I hate to say it, she is saying that it was OK for Adam Lanza to kill his mother as well as the students & teachers at Sandy Hook Elementary School. After all, he could very well have seen himself as better than those he killed. Her logic could even be used to justify rape. That it could makes me sick.
Williams has drawn back the curtain & shown us the demonic evil behind what she advocates. The sad part is that among those embracing the "culture of death" this won't be shocking at all. Even sadder is the fact that, because or devaluation of life has been so gradual, a huge part of America as a whole won't be shocked either. If an abortion supporter had said this 35 years ago, you can be sure that abortion would have quickly been banned. But because of that devaluation, she is simply one of those showing us the way we are heading. She is much like Peter Singer in that respect. Remember that he said that a human being has to earn the right to live, it doesn't come automaticly, before or after birth .
In his homily at Mass yesterday, Fr. Parker (St. Mary's Catholic Church, E DBQ), said that we need more people to pray for this country lest it be destroyed. He added that what has probably kept it from already happen is that some people have been praying as they should.
Please, please, keep praying if you do, for this country to repent & return to God. If not, then please start. & challenge others to do the same. Apparently it still isn't too late. But for how long?

What 40 Years of Roe v Wade & Doe v Bolton Has Affected My Life

Today marks 1 of the saddest days in the history of the USA, a day of even greater infamy than the attack on Pearl Harbor that drug the US into WW II. Roe v Wade & Doe v Bolton changed this country. & not for the better.
As a part of their trying to make abortion seem acceptable, NARAL has asked those participating in their annual Blog for Choice to explain why they are pro-choice. (More about it & how to respond here.) So since they are calling on abortion supporters to tell their story, I felt it only right tht I share my journey as a Pro-lifer. I use the word journey intentionally because that is exactly what it has been as you will see.
I have to admit that the ruling was NOT on my radar that day 40 years ago. I was a 17 year old High School Senior. The upcoming retreat weekend I was to make at Gilbertville Don Bosco HS was at the top of the list, along with all the usual things that concern a HS Senior.
It wasn't until my college days that I even began to think about it. I remember one of the 1st times a few of us discussed it. I was a sophomore @ Loras. The Catholic Church's teaching didn't come up. Also, I will admit that I really didn't understand what abortion did to the unborn child.
But over the next few months I began to look at what the Church taught &, even though I didn't fully understand why, I knew what the Church was saying was right.
So, fast forward to my junior year & the 1976 Dubuque County Democratic Convention. I went as a Carter delegate because he was the only candidate claiming to be Pro-life. I learned later how sincere that claim really was. At the time I was going on what I knew, so I have no regrets for what I did.
The proposed platform didn't contain anything about protecting the right to life of the unborn. So, Joe Hart, a fellow Loras student, & I went arround to get the signatures needed to bring it up.
This is where I ran into my 1st experience of "I'm personally opposed but I can't impose my morality on others," cop out. The person was a local Franciscan, Sr. Dorothy Hennessey OSF. Yes, the same Franciscans that have Pat Farrell, the recent head of the dissident LCWR, as a member. The problems do go that far back.
Needless to say I was shocked. At the time, I didn't know much about her, but as the years wore on she became a prime example of the hypocrisy of those liberal Catholycs who make the same claim.  I say that because she would show up in DBQ & elsewhere waving a sign saying "War is immoral" & calling for an end to war. So, it was OK for her to impose her morality when it came to war by saying it is never moral & never should be allowed. But it was wrong for her to speak out about the immorality of abortion, something that has killed more Americans  in one year than every war the US has participated in since 1775. (Details  of war death numbers here) Sadly, I never got the chance to talk to her about her double standard before she died.
By 1980 I knew I couldn't support Carter, so I voted for Reagan. I have never voted for a Democratic president since. As time went on I eventually left the Democratic party because, as a Pro-lifer, I wasn't very welcome. Yes, it was hard since I grew up active in Democratic politics. But I knew I had to move as I could have some effect there. This is also why I am not wedded to the Republican party either. What I believe in guides my politics, not politics guiding my beliefs.
Back in the 80s the nearest abortion clinics in Iowa were those in Iowa City. Because of my work schedule I couldn't go with those going to protest at Emma Goldman in CR a lot. But I occasionally did.
During the 80s I continued to grow in my faith & the conviction that abortion was wrong. During this time, science took a leap forward so we could see what actually happened from fertilization/conception to the birth of the child. Add to that Dr. Bernard Nathanson's ultrasound video showing what actually happened during an abortion showed me why what the Church taught was right. (As an aside, Dr. Nathanson started NARAL but later converted to Pro-life & made the video as a result of that conversion.)
Speaking of ultrasounds, as the importance of them as a tool in saving lives has grown, I have spoken out & supported as I could the efforts to expand the use of them at crisis pregnancy centers. Ditto supporting the places that offer aternatives in general.
In my naivete during those early years, I honestly thought that we would be rid of abortion by the mid to late 80s. All we needed to do was get Pro-lifers elected & that would do it. We see how wrong I was, unfortunately.  I still didn't really understand the type of battle this was. I didn't know there was much more to it that politics.
But about 1989-90, I began to come to an understanding of what was really being the pro-abortion movement.
A bunch of us from DBQ went down to join in a march from Coralville to the Iowa University clinic where they did abortions. As we gathered so did a group of radical abortion supporters. It became clear that they were going to try to stop us, with force if necessary. So they asked the men to come to the front to protect women & children there from harm. What I saw in the eyes of those on the other side was pure evil & rabid hatred. Demonic in nature to be exact.
I didn't grasp the full implications for many years. But the seeds of understanding what was behind what they were doing were planted. In 1993 Pope John Paul 1st started speaking about a "Culture of Life". In his 1995 encyclical, Evangelium Vitae, he developed the idea of what a "Culture of Life" should be like. He also talked about the "culture of death", what it stood for & its relation to sin.
As that teaching sunk in & as I grew in my understanding of the spiritual underpinnings, I eventually grasped what was behind the current "culture of death", it was demonic.
I had a different job in the 90s. But I worked nights & weekends, making it even more difficult to do much other than on the political scene. I did my best to speak up where & when I could.
After the turn of the century some things changed that lead to me being more active in a variety of ways.
1 of those was the start of this blog in December of 2004. It didn't start out to focus as much as it has on abortion. & for a while, I was inactive. But as time went on, I began to focus primarily on the Pro-life issues. The growth of on-line Pro-life news resources as well as the growing use of the Pro-life movement of the internet helped me to turn this into a strong voice defending the life of the unborn.
About the same time, I took a speaker's class at DBQ Co. Right to Life. We had to chose a topic to speak on. At 1st I was looking at the psychological damage done to women by abortion. But something got me thinking, what about the men, how does it effect them. At the time research into this was just beginning. But I was able to find enough to show me this was worth pursuing. Since then there has been much more research giving more proof that it does harm the men, emotionally & psychologically.   We have seen the growth of ministries aimed at helping both men & women get the spiritual & psychological healing they need. Many times I have had been able to call on my knowledge to speak out about this topic. This also became something personal after I met Jason Jones in 2007.all I could, He was promoting the movie Bella that he helped co-produce. He also shared his story about how he lost a child to abortion. I got to know him better when he was working on Sam Brownback's presidential campaign.
Jason has spoken as a part of Silent No More's presentations during the annual March for Life. If you get the chance, listen to his story. It is a powerful reminder that abortion leaves many victims in its wake.
I was also able to get more involved with some of the things sponsored by DBQ Co Right to Life, like attending their Life Dinner. Then came that dark day in 2008 when Planned Parenthood opened a clinic in downtown DBQ. At the time they were open 40 hours & I began to regularly pray & protest in front of it on my day off. As time went on they reduced their hours & changed the days they were open. I have filled in when I can. & last year I helped to run the 40 Days for Life prayer campaign in DBQ.
Over the years I have been sworn at, had my reputation attacked & even suffered vandalism for speaking up. I have forgiven those who have tried to harm me & pray God will do so as well. I realize it is a part of the price God has asked me to pay. So I willingly, if not always happily, pay it.
Well, that is it in a nutshell. Have I always done all I could? No, I haven't. But with God's help I will work to grow in my commitment & willingness to do what I can & must do to build the "Culture of Life", starting with my prayer life.
As I said earlier, I came to realize the demonic underpinnings of the "culture of death". As my understanding of that grew so did my realization that this battle won't be won without prayer & reliance on God to do it.
I also realize that I am but a small part in God's plan to build a "Culture of Life". Small, YES. But that doesn't matter. My responsibility is to do what God wants, great or small. I will never know this side of eternity the effects my efforts have had. All I need to know now is what God expects of me & to do it with the power of the Holy Spirit. I don't know what the cost will be. with the way things are in the USA it may someday mean my freedom, or even my life. That doesn't matter. Until abortion is no longer a part of our culture or I die, whichever comes 1st, I will continue to speak out for the unborn & defend all those who are harmed by abortion. May I bring God's healing, forgiveness & mercy wherever I go & in whatever I say.

Now Abortion Is Being Called Mercy Killing

Just when you think you have heard every sick & twisted justification for abortion, something like this comes along.
Ellen Hawley Roddick admitted in her latest Salon post that abortion may be murder. Why? As she explains "But when I had become pregnant, I had known immediately and beyond any doubt that I was no longer alone in my body. Not having heard of anyone else having this startling experience, I asked other women. A surprising number said yes, they, too, had known they were pregnant as soon as the baby was conceived."
But once again proving the old adage, "My mind is made up, don't confuse me with the facts," she goes on to say "Given this anecdotal evidence that in some sense personhood may begin at conception, I still believe that a newly pregnant woman has a right to end her pregnancy. Surely it is no gift to force a baby into a world where its own mother does not want it. Life can be tough enough for people whose mothers do want them."
After listing all reasons for justifying an abortion because it is unwanted etc, all lies that can be easily refuted, she pretty much leaves you thinking that aborting the baby is the merciful thing to do. So while she doesn't actually use the term, that is pretty much what she is saying.
But in a way, this isn't totally surprizing. With all the scientific evidence out there that the preborn child is a human being, it is harder to deny that abortion kills someone. So now, the abortion supporters have to come up with new reasons to justify what even they are forced to admit is murder.
So, we have a mercy killing mentality. This is the same "culture of death" mentality that justifies euthenasia as well. They set what they define is the acceptable "quality of life" & then push to eliminate all those who don't meet their standard.
I would like Roddick to say what she did to Rebecca Kiessling.
Rebecca Kiessling was conceived as the result of a rape in 1969. At the time she would have been aborted had it been legal in Michigan. Thankfully she wasn't. & a family that wanted her adopted her. Her entire life is an answer to why abortion is never right.
Tuesday afternoon I saw a video with her story at the  DBQ Co Right to Life office. It was very powerful. They were showing it because she will be speaking in the DBQ area at the start of Pro-Life month in October.
I would love to see how Roddick would respond to what Rebecca Kiessling would have to say. I suspect she would have a difficult time sustaining her arguements when faced with the truth, that there are other options than abortion.

Note: For some reason Salon has taken down Roddick's post. Maybe they realized that it let out a little too much of the truth about the pro-abortion mindset & brought too much negative response that showed it did more harm than good at this point.

The Day I Hoped & Prayed Would Never Be, Has Come to Pass

This afternoon I was at work at the DBQ Co Right to Life Office doing some things in my capacity of events coordinator for the 40 Days for Life campaign we are putting on starting 26 September. In the process of writing a news release I had to look up the address of the Planned Parenthood in Dubuque. So I went to the PP website to get it since the phone book had the old address. While there I noticed that one line in their list of services offered had changed from last week. Instead of saying abortion referal it now said abortion services.
It is my sad duty to report that PP has officially announced they are doing telemed abortions at the DBQ site. God help us.
After I read that on the website I called over Marion Bourek, the new executive director, to show her the bad news. As she came from her office, it was all I could do to hold back the tears. I was also sick to my stomach. She had a similar reaction. Then the executive assistant came over & for a few moments a pall of sorrowful silence fell over this office.
Part of the reason we decided to have a 40 days campaign in DBQ was because we knew that abortions would be a part of the services offered at the new site. & now they are. While it is only telemed abortions, the building is suitable for offering surgical abortions as well.
This news has added all the more impetus to continue the battle against PP & abortion. This evil MUST be driven out of DBQ as well as elsewhere.
I ask for your prayers for our 40 Days campaign to be successful, so that by its end, the Planned Parent Health Center as they describe themselves will be permanantly shut down. Calling themselves a health center is a sick joke. They are anything but a health center, especially for the unborn. What they really are is a death center.
Thankfully they haven't expanded their hours from the 17 they are currently open. When they 1st came to DBQ they were open 40 hours a week. At the time they claimed there was this huge need. Since then they reduced their hours to the current 17 & recently moved to Hillcrest & their own building. Offering abortions in DBQ is the only reason they have keep open a site that sees less than 20 people a week. They hope that this will enable them to make the money they need to keep it going. & maybe even expand as well. They have also stayed because this is a town that is mainly Catholic (although many are pro-choice)so they can mock God & His Church as well.
What PP won't admit is that it has been the ongoing prayful protest that has played a huge part in their failure. But it has. & with the 40 Days campaign coming up, the spiritual warfare going on will see them permanantly removed from DBQ, bringing an end to the scourge of an abortion clinic in this town.
This may be a sad day, but God will be triumphant in the end. & that is what gives me the hope to go on rather than give up.

In New Zealand, A River Is Recognized As A Person, Yet Preborn Babies Aren't

Just when you think things couldn't get any more wacko, this comes along:
From the New Zealand Herald:
Meet the Whanganui. You might call it a river, but in the eyes of the law, it has the standings of a person.
In a landmark case for the Rights of Nature, officials in New Zealand recently granted the Whanganui, the nation’s third-longest river, with legal personhood “in the same way a company is, which will give it rights and interests”. The decision follows a long court battle for the river’s personhood initiated by the Whanganui River iwi, an indigenous community with strong cultural ties to the waterway. Under the settlement, the river is regarded as a protected entity, under an arrangement in which representatives from both the iwi and the national government will serve as legal custodians towards the Whanganui’s best interests.

Let's see now, in 1983 New Zealand's parliament refused to pass the Status of the Unborn Child Bill that would overturn a court ruling saying that embryos & fetuses had no legal status in New Zealand, but now the same courts say that a river does? Also, though theoretically, there are some limits on abortion, the mental health exception virtually eliminates that. Thus, unlike for the Whanganui, everything in New Zealand law is such that it operates against the best interests of every preborn human in the country.
Just so you understand, in New Zealand, this is a person:

Yet this isn't:

Of course things aren't much different in the USA. Here, an unborn eagle is protected by law, yet an preborn human is not. If you destroy an unhatched eagle you face a fine & imprisonment. But if you are an abortionist, you are not only protected if you kill the baby, in most places you don't even have to meet the basic regulations or standards that any real health clinic does. & if you are Planned Parenthood, you get plenty of our tax dollars to do so. We worship nature as a god, we treat humans as disposable. All I can add is even though we don't deserve it:
GOD HAVE MERCY ON US ALL!!!!

Only Planned Parenthood Could Come Up With Something This Sick & Twisted

Their campaign to defeat Romney, have as much sex as you want, use a condom, then when you get pregnant, come to us for you (soon to be if we have our way) paid by tax money abortion. & this is how they are pushing that campaign:

Yes, you are seeing what you think you see, a specially packaged condom. This was handed out to those people who attended a  rally held by Planned Parenthood before the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday morning. The only problem is, only about 30-40 people showed up. Of course that didn't stop Planned Parenthood from presenting it as a huge success, espcially with the photos they released.

Looks like a big crowd, doesn't it?
The reality is a lot different:

Making it look like a there is a larger number of Planned Parenthood supporters than there really is is a trick regularly used by the media at the annual March for Life to make it look like there are more than the handful of pro-aborts counterprotesting actually there as well.
I suspect the specially packaged condoms will soon be showing up at local Planned Parenthood clinics since they had so many left over due to poor attendance. Never mind that Planned Parenthood is a 501(c)3 forbidden to endorse any candidate. But with the current administration, who is going to do anything about it?
The rally openned with a speciasl appearance by Pillamina who has been regurlay stalking Mitt Romney through the Summer. (Now if this had been a Pro-lifer following Obama with a protest sign showing what abortion actually does, you can be sure he or she would have been arrested & thrown in jail as a stalker & a terrorist.)

Other appearances were made by Sandra Fluke (no surprize), Newark’s Mayor Cory Booker, & PP CEO Cecile Richards, although she would say it was in her capacity as head of the PP PAC.
Once again we see how the demonic "culture of death" is working to destroy our country. & how sick & twisted & perverted it really is.

Arizona, Take Off Your Rainbow Shades* - & See How the Abortion Industry Is Once Again Breaking the Law

All those suprized that another abortion clinic has been uncovered as willing to break the law, raise your hands. For those of you that have raised them - Well, either you're closing your eyes to a situation you do now wish to acknowledge. Or you are not aware of the caliber of disaster indicated by the presence of an abortion clinic ( you can sub "Planned Parenthood clinic" as well) in your community.#
The latest footage was released today by Live Action, this time taken at not just one, but 2 National Abortion Federation (NAF)-affiliated clinics. According to Live Action "The footage shows two NAF members, Camelback Family Planning in Phoenix and the Tucson Women’s Center in Tucson, promising to ignore the law and perform a sex-selective abortion and coaching a woman to lie on official paperwork to conceal the illegal abortion."
FYI, sex-selective abortion is a class 3 felony in Arizona. Under Arizona law, no one may knowingly perform a sex-selective abortion in the state, or solicit or accept money to do so.  Live Action has sent the full footage from the Arizona clinics to the state Attorney General, Tom Horne, as well as sending it to local law enforcement.
In a statement, Live Action president Lila Rose urges Arizona authorities to enforce the state’s sex-selection ban: “Sex-selective abortion is a global search-and-destroy mission against little girls that is spreading at an alarming rate. While we wait for Congress to pass the Prenatal Non-Discrimination Act to ban sex-selective abortion in the U.S., state authorities should vigorously enforce Arizona’s law. The clinics supporting sex-selective abortion should be investigated, prosecuted, defunded, and delicensed immediately.”
As you will see in the video below at the Camelback clinic when the woman purportedly seeking to abort her girl & try again for a boy explains this, a counselor named Barb advises, “Don’t tell us that, because we don’t want to know.” Referring to the clinic’s abortion doctor, Gabrielle Goodrick, Barb says, “You can tell her, she’s gonna tell you the same thing, just: Don’t let it be down! She’s really good about that. You’ll like that about her.”
& at the Tucson clinic, the surgical assistant Francisco tells the woman, “We could lose our license,” but then he agrees to cover-up her sex-selective abortion. “I’ll just forget about it,” he says, “But just be sure not to mention it” to the abortion doctor–“Don’t even mention it to him.”

For those unfamiliar with the NAF, they are the professional trade group for abortion doctors & clinics in the U.S. & Canada. Even though they are officially seperate groups, many NAF board members are current or former Planned Parenthood officials. Additionally, Planned Parenthood representatives frequently play a prominent role at NAF annual meetings.
Speaking of Planned Parenthood, on Monday Planned Parenthood’s Director of Global Advocacy Chloe Cooney responded to an op-ed by U.S. Rep. Chris Smith criticizing the abortion chain’s policy on sex-selective abortion. Smith, who is Pro-life, pointed to a Planned Parenthood official’s statement to the Huffington Post that the group provides “nonjudgmental care to all who come into” their clinics, as well as the Huffington Post writer’s explanation that, “That means that no Planned Parenthood clinic will deny a woman an abortion based on her reasons for wanting one.”
Smith went on to say “In other words, Planned Parenthood is okay with exterminating a child in its huge network of clinics simply because she’s a girl.”
Naturally Cooney began with the standard Planned Parenthood line when caught & called Live Action's efforts that Smith refered to as "a coordinated hoax patient campaign that used highly unusual patient scenarios in an effort to discredit Planned Parenthood’s services, mission and values." If they are so highly unusual, then why has the response been the same everywhere, to agree that they are OK with doing them?
Then she brings out another well worn Planned Parenthood cannard when they oppose even any basic regulation on the abortion industry. In this case it was in reference to the Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act. She said it "would have imposed harmful restrictions on women’s health care and would have interfered with the doctor-patient relationship." The puzzling part of this claim is that the same abortion industry gang says that abortion is simply another medical proceedure. But when the law tries to treat it as one by subjecting it to the same basic regulations that these other proceedures are subject too, then they scream that it interfers with the doctor-patient relationship & that they are harmful restrictions. How, if what they claim about abortion is true?  The fact is, the abortion industry doesn't want any laws that will force them to provide even the minimal protection for a woman provided by the other laws for other proceedures. Anything they may have to do, like informed concent regulations, or even insuring that the place meets minimal cleanliness standards, will cost money & cut into their profits.
Cooney goes on to say "Planned Parenthood opposes sex-selection abortion. Planned Parenthood organizations have extensive guidelines and training requirements for all staff. If any Planned Parenthood organization learns of an instance where a staff member has not fully followed policies or procedures, it will take swift action and remedy the situation." You will notice that she does NOT mention any specific guidelines or provide evidence of them. & we all know that the only remedy applied to violations of these alledged proceedures is to fire the person caught in the act of doing what Planned Parenthood wants kept secret. That is the real guideline that Planned Parenthood wants followed.
IMHO, the biggest lie by Cooney is buried in the next part she wrote: "Racism and gender discrimination are serious issues in our country — and they require solutions that address the underlying issues that promote bias. The Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act would have cast suspicion on doctors who serve communities facing the greatest health disparities, many of which are minority communities." She is trying to make it sound like Planned Parenthood cares about minorities & especially their health care. The totally different reality, that they only care about implimenting Sanger's racist eugenics agenda & making money doing so has been well documented (see Maafa 21).
Her concluding statement is pretty much an admission that Planned Parenthood has no trouble with doing an abortion for any reason whatsoever. She said "Whatever one thinks about abortion, it is a deeply personal and complex decision that is best left to a woman, her family and her doctor." The logical conclusion is, & if that woman wants it for sex selection, because the child is a Down syndrome child, or has some other genetic problem we at Planned Parenthood are fine with killing it. In short, the claim they oppose sex-selection abortions is a lie, plain & simple.
Yesterday's recall election in Wisconsin was another setback for Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood as well as NARAL Pro-Choice America had endorsed his opponant, Tom Barrett. Since his election, Walker signed into law a state budget that included a provision to prohibit the UW Hospital Authority from being involved in performing abortions & from using taxpayer dollars to pay medical students to learn how to perform abortions. Walker steered Wisconsin Well Woman funds to local counties instead of Planned Parenthood. He also signed bills that allow Wisconsin to opt out of abortion funding under Obamacare, to protect pregnant women from coerced abortions & to prohibit RU486 chemical web cam abortions.
The Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund endorsed Pro-life Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch also won against her Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin supported opponent, Mahlon Mitchell.
Another loser was EMILY's List, a PAC that supports pro-abortion Democratic women in their run for office. In the primary Barrett defeated EMILY's List backed pro-abortion Democrat Kathleen Falk in a landslide. It could be another sign their influence is waning. & why SBA List is under attack in Ohio for their successes.
The abortion industry knows it is under seige. & that as more & more of the truth comes out, they aill continue to lose support. The Walker election yesterday sent a strong message that even in what is a fairly secure Democratic stronghold, that people are waking up & no longer closing their eyes to what Planned Parenthood & the abortion industry are doing & how big a disaster they really are. Planned Parenthood PACs & the other Pro-abort PACs will be throwing in a huge amount of money like they did in Wisconsin during the upcoming presidential election because they know that if Obama loses, then they lose the one person who has done more to promote their agenda than anyone else over the past 4 years, the goose that has laid the golden egg for them with ObamaCare. & you can be sure they will bring out every lie, half truth, & dirty trick they can. But, as we saw in Wisconsin, those tactics are no longer the guarenteed success they were in the past. The rainbow shades are coming off, not only in Arizona & Wisconsin, but across the USA.
However, those of us in the Pro-life camp must not assume we can just sit back. No, just like in Wisconsin, we MUST be out there getting the truth out. Again I remind you we must start, end & undergird it all with prayer. & part of that prayer is to ask God to open the eyes of those who support Pro-abortion candidates to the truth of what they are supporting. We must ensure that we are as accurate as possible in our claims. The facts are out there, waiting for us to use them to tell the truth.  Finally, we must speak the truth, in love & under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Just as Jesus did. Those who support abortion are just as much made in the image & likeness of God as we are. If we follow these simple steps, we may not always be successful, but we know that we have been faithful to what God wants. & that is what is most important of all.

Well, DUH!!!! Of Course It Is Murder!!!!!!!!!!

We now have 1 more proof, as if we needed it, of why the abortion industry is afraid of the truth when it comes to what abortion really is, murder of an innocent unborn child.
Washington DC-based abortionist Willie Parker recently told The Washington Post‘s Sarah Kliff that a Congressional measure banning abortion on children older than 20 weeks in the District of Columbia would jeopardize late-term abortionists & stigmatize them as “callous.”
Parker said that "These laws put providers in a position where they have to turn away patients who have great need. I also think they create this impression that abortion providers are callous and allow people to conflate murder and abortion.”
Yes, it would jeopardize them, it would put them out of business. But I suspect he is also trying to hint at something more ominous, he is subtlely implying that their lives would be in danger because Pro-lifers would go after them with violence, even though he knows that violence is usually aimed at Pro-lifers by mainstream pro-aborts, while the rare violence towards abortion providres is done by those outside of the mainstream Pro-life movement. In fact, the Pro-life movement has consistantly rejected violence as a means to end abortion. Later in the interview he does more than asubtlely imply it, he all but says it. That quote will be used later so I won't repeat it here.
& he is abetted in this by the Post. The intro to the artilce includes the following: Many late-term abortion providers do not identify themselves because of safety concerns. (One doctor, George Tiller, was murdered in 2010). If that isn't trying to falsely paint the Pro-life movement as violent, I don't know what does. It isn't as if these aboprtionists rely only on word of mouth. The public does know who they are & where they are because they advertise. So this "safety concern" claim is smoke & mirrors aimed at painted a false picture of the danger they claim they are in.
As for the claim of "callous", well let us look at the facts that prove they are callous. I'll start with 1 prime example that just happenned recently. As reported by Life SiteNews in March of 2012, Ohio  late-term abortionist Martin Haskell made a 911 call on 28 March 2012 after one of his patients suffered life-threatening seizures following an abortion. The audio recording of the call shows Haskell’s unhurried tone. Speaking as someone who spent many years dealing with having to call the police &/or ambulance there is a difference between been unhurried & being concerned. That he didn't seem to care about how fast help got there implies callousness. Then there is the laughter when the dispatcher offered additional emergency instructions. “We’ve been pushing IV Valium, so, and it’s just not controlling it. Alright?” he said. Like I said, callous. (FYI, this isn't the 1st incident involving Haskell. You can read more here.)
Then there is this testimony in 2011 by abortionist Randall Whitney at the trial of an associate of his, abortionist James Pendergraft. The testimony came out during a civil suit against Pendergraft by his former patient, Carol Howard. As reported by Michele Herzog of Pro-Life Action Ministries, a witness in the courtroom, jurors listened as abortionist Randall Whitney, one of Pendergrast’s accomplices, “cavalierly stated that yes, babies are delivered in the toilet all the time and many times are still alive, wiggling around in the toilet.”
Additionally,  according to Howard’s attorney, Howard was given fifty times the standard dosage of Cyotec, a brand name for the labor-inducing drug misoprostol. Then, when Howard began undergoing violent contractions, she asked for pain medication, she was told by medical assistants to walk her labor off outside in the parking lot, or else leave. Meanwhile, there were reportedly no doctors or nurses present.
& this is only 2 of a huge number of examples that are out there.
But next we get to the heart of the matter, what abortion really is, murder. & that is why the abortion industry has been so vehiminatly opposed to any law that requires the truth about what an abortion is. Abortionists, especially late-term abortionists are millitantly opposed to the requirement of ultrasounds being required & the mother being shown the results. They know that if people do see them, they won't see the "blob of tissue" they present the baby as, but that it is a real life human being instead. This is why, in part, you have so many pro-abort ethicists trying to deny humanity even for children after they are born. They know that if a human being can be labeled an it with no rights after birth, then it is easier to do so before birth & nor call it murder either.
With the advances in technology, we have seen a huge number of videos that show the truth about "life in the womb". A good eample is Toby MacDonald's award winning documentary, Life Before Birth.  Then there is National Geographic's In the Womb. The description for the video  mentions that it includes "rare fetoscope operation, performed in utero with the hope of correcting life threatening complications before birth." Hmm, using terms like "life", "life threatening"!!!! Sounds to me like if there is life, then taking it must be murder.

abortionist Willie Parker

Another disgusting thing is how Parker tries to make it sound like the law will make the woman, who is usually unaware that there are other options, will be painted as the bad guy by this law. Parker said such a measure “vilifies the women who might need an abortion the most.” Besides the fact that a woman never needs an abortion, more often than not, because of outside pressures as well as not being told the other options, the woman is just as much a victim of the abortionist as is the child.
But he sinks even lower & used Dr, Martin Luther King to justify his being an abortionist.
Parker said that he was inspired to begin performing abortions when he “thought a lot about what Dr. [Martin Luther] King has said about having concern for other people.” That is a concern that has been proven time & time again to be a lie. Abortion is about making big bucks, not caring for the women or the babies as I have already shown. He went on to add “I was more concerned about what might happen to them than what might happen to me. And I feel like that’s an appropriate value system to operate around.
When I decided to do it, it allowed me to think about it and not be oblivious to the risk. Logically, I have concerns about my safety, but I choose not to think about that too much. I’m mindful and I’m vigilant, but I choose to focus on the important service I’m providing to women.” (Remember what I said earlier about implying it is the Pro-lifers who are violent? Well, here is that quote I promised.)
As I already said, we have seen time & time again that there is more concern for the money than the woman. Look at all the coverups of rape, incest & white slavery that have been shown to be standard operation proceedure that I have regulary reported on.
No, the only value system he has is the almighty dollar. & that is what he is trying to protect.
As I said the Post, & Sarah Kliff are guilty of aiding & abetting him & the whole abortion industry. She raised no questions that would tell the truth about what happenned. & the questions she did ask were intentionally aimed at painting him as a hero & anyone who is opposed to abortion as the bad guys.
The truth is, & I repeat it, abortion is murder, they know it & they don't care. But no matter how much they try to deny it, the truth is getting out. They can't prevent it no matter how hard they try. & as people see the truth, these laws will pass. & eventually abortion will be abolished because it is the murder of a human being..

Planned Parenthood, An Insult to Motherhood, NOT A Way to Honor Your Mother

Every so often we get a prime example of how sick & twisted the mindset of the abortion industry really is. Planned Parenthood, who has been a leader in the battle to destroy motherhood can't pass up Mother's Day. If it did, people might realize the truth about what Planned Parenthood does, takes away motherhood. So they have decided to turn Mother's Day into another way to make money to add to their already gigantic profits. & make it look like doing so honors your mother, not insults her by saying that motherhood is something to avoid, which is exactly what PP's message really is.
This LifeNews article covers some of the other messages PP puts out to promote this fundraising effort, along with the truth, something totally different.

Planned Parenthood: Celebrate Mother’s Day by Funding Abortions

The Planned Parenthood abortion business is already jumping on the Mother’s Day bandwagon — days before families celebrate their mothers this weekend — with fundraising appeals seeking donations to further its pro-abortion agenda.
Planned Parenthood has exploited Mother’s Day in the past for donation appeals and, this year, the donation requests are centered on furthering Planned Parenthood’s abortion agenda globally.
“We are proud to be taking the Planned Parenthood mission global in supporting partner organizations that share our goals,” the abortion business says in an online donation appeal. “Since 1971, Planned Parenthood has expanded its work globally to promote the reproductive health and rights of women and their families in some of the poorest places in the world. When women are able to exercise their rights and access health care, they are able to make informed decisions — free of discrimination, coercion, and violence.”
Planned Parenthood, of course, ignores the violence abortion causes women and children.
“Join us in celebrating women everywhere this Mother’s Day by making a special gift to Planned Parenthood Global,” the appeal concludes.
Meanwhile, Cecile Richards has sent a special Mother’s Day donation appeal via email in which she celebrates her own mother, the late pro-abortion Texas Gov. Ann Richards, but mentions nothing about how her own mother chose life for her.
“I miss my mom. She taught me so much: about strength, about courage, about compassion. All those things I’ve tried to pass along to my own kids,” she says. “And she taught me something more: that there’s no excuse for not helping others when we have the power to make a difference.”
“For me, the best way I can honor my mother’s memory is by striving every single day to do what Planned Parenthood has done for decades — support and empower women and families. This Mother’s Day, you can help us make a difference for women in developing countries through Planned Parenthood Global. I hope you’ll help us celebrate Mother’s Day by making a special gift to Planned Parenthood Global today,” Richards says.
Not mentioned in the donation appeal? Supporters won’t find any information about its strategic plan for the Africa Region that calls for an 82 percent increase in the number of abortions. In its global documents, Planned Parenthood calls for upping the number of abortions it does internationally with an expectation of an “82 percent increase in abortion services: 212,021 services by 2013, and 273,656 by 2015.”
In January 2010, the international affiliate of Planned Parenthood released its annual performance report for 2008-2009. Despite an economic downturn and a slight decrease in annual income, the abortion industry giant boasted of increased activity across all of its lines of work — including condom distribution, advocacy and abortion services.
IPPF’s overall income for 2008 was $119.7 million, down from over $120 million the previous year.
While IPPF’s total financial intake dipped, its abortion business boomed. The organization provided almost 428,000 “abortion services” to young people alone, with a staggering 1,134,549 total number of such services – almost double the number from 2007 – across the globe.

Aborted Chinese Babies Being Sold as "Medicinal Cure-All"

For a lot of reasons, I haven't been able to give the attention I want to the  Chen Guangcheng story in China. For now he is stucj in limbo, abandoned by the country that used to be the beacon of liberty & free speech. Now we have a president, Obama & a Secretary of State, Clinton, who support the population tatics in operation in China. So, it is no wonder they threw Chen back to the Chinese. Fortunately, Laura Ingraham has been leading the charge to get the whole story out on radio. Talk radio, LifeNews & LifeSiteNews have been the only ones really giving this more than passing coverage. Of the 3 major network news organizations, only CBS has given more than passing mention of what Chen is fighting.
Meanwhile, another dirty little secret about China's 1 child policy that forces abortions is getting out, what is happenning to the bodies of those murdered unborn babies. This story 1st broke last August in a South Korean SBS TV documentary.
What is going on shows the natural progression of evil. If it is OK to kill an unborn baby, it is OK to make a profit off of the remains of your victim. That is exactly what is going on. Corrupt medical staff are reportedly tipping off medical companies when babies are aborted or delivered still-born. It is also reported that some of the babies whose bodies are used in the pills come from “dying rooms” where newborn infants are left to die by families who can’t comply with the one-child policy China institutes.
The companies buy the tiny corpses. The corpses are stored in household refrigerators in homes & the owners paid to do so. Eventually the corpses are taken to clinics where they are placed in medical drying microwaves. Once the skin is tinder dry, it is then pummelled into powder. Next, it is processed into capsules along with herbs to disguise the true ingredients from health investigators and customs officers.

Dead baby pills: This is ground baby powder which tests discovered is 99.7 per cent human last year. South Korean officials have stopped 17,000 dead baby pills being imported since last August
The South Korean television crew acquired the dead baby capsules. They ran DNA tests on them. The results found that they were 99.7 percent human. The tests also found hair & nail remnants & the results were able to identify the sex of the baby whose life ended.
According to a report in the Wall Street Journal "Demand for the pills has been driven by the belief that the fetus is a “tonic” for disease, the China Daily cited the documentary as saying. Consumption of human placentas is more common in China, where it is believed to help revive blood supply and circulation, according to the China Daily report. A report in the Global Times, a tabloid published by the official People’s Daily, said the human flesh pill were used to enhance sexual performance."
While they are being touted as having health benifits just the opposite is true. They are highly dangerous as the human flesh capsules contain super-bacteria & other harmful ingredients.
Chinese officials claim they are working to stop this trade. But given their track record, something tells me this is more for appearances sake that that they really are doing something. After all, this provides them a way to dispose of the 13 million aborted babies so that there is no evidence of the evil being done. So, why stop it.
That aside, China has a track record of exporting items that contain toxic ingredients. Last month, China’s drug regulators announced the suspension of sales of 13 drugs (11 Chinese traditional medicines & two antibiotics) after finding they were encased in gelatin capsules that contained excessive levels of chromium. Over the years reports of other items from toothpaste to drywall have been found to contain toxic & even radioactive chemicals. In 2007 Mattell had to issue more than 1 massive recall of toys containing lead paint.
That unborn, & even born babies are being used in this way is just another reminder of the demonic evil behind the "culture of death".
& least you think we can't be heading that way in the West, we already have been there. a 2005 report by LifeSiteNews tells how the trafficking of unborn baby body tissues for use as “beauty” treatments in Russia is going on in Ukraine. & that is just 1 example. Additionally, many so-called ethicists like Peter Singer claim that even after birth that isn't a human being. & the same was recently said by 2 others in a February 2012 paper they wrote. They claim that babies aren’t human until they can become cognizant of themselves. But this recent paper by Alberto Giubilini of Milan, Italy, & Francesca Minerva of Australia, held as a central thesis that since abortion is so commonly accepted there had to be a more expansive use for it. You heard that right, expand the use of abortion. That use should be to cover killing babies born with developmental problems. According to their twisted logic, neither fetuses or newborns “have the same moral status as actual persons,” so it follows, according to them, that newborns with catastrophic birth defects could be killed without any moral reservations. Remember the last time we heard this logic used? Hitler used it to justify the killing of up to 6 million Jews because they weren't human.
Next up, the elderly, senile, those with Alzheimer's, anyone in a coma could be subject to their same criteria. We could see that used as a justification to deny even basic medical care, or food under ObamaCare. They aren't human, so why waste money on them. That is the tact you will see if we keep going in the direction we are heading.
& don't forget how Hilter, stalin & other dictators treated Catholics & dissidents. Following the above logic, all a future dictator would have to do is declare faith a mental abberation taking away a person's humanity. & given Obama's war on faith, that may not be too far off.
Will we be smart enough to learn from the past this time arround? or will we go down the same path that has destroyed so many other cultures? I pray we don't, but fear we may not be too far away from the point of no return. Folks, once again I cry out that we need to repent for the sins of our nation. (2 Chronicles 7:14) Pray, especially the rosary. & we need to actively work to elect Godly leaders to all levels of government. Even if we are at the point of no return, we still must do so because we cannot be silent even when evil is having its way. When we stand before God, we will have to answer for our actions. Or lack thereof.

How Planned Parenthood Is Making Abortion Anything But Rare in Iowa

On 28 April, Jill June, the head of Planned Parenthood of the Heartland (PPH) had a column printed in the Des Moines Register.  In it she attacks the attempt to defund Planned Parenthood. 1st she tries to make it sound like the legislature is being cruel to those women who find themselves in the rare case of being pregnant from rape & incest because the bill will take away medicaid funding. June fails to mention the greater harm that abortion does to a woman emotionally than carrying the child to term will. June goes on to claim that she thinks denying "public funds for an abortion is reprehensible and, from my perspective, morally repugnant." Well, when your view is the bottom line, not the woman, then anything that would hurt that bottom line. As for reprehensible, well, how about all of us who find the murder of any unborn baby reprehensible. I guess our opinion doesn't count as far as she is concerned.
Instead June goes on to slander us Pro-lifers by saying we are the ones who lack compassion.  We see how sick & twisted her "cu;ture of death" mindset is when she sees murder as compassionate & giving hope to bothe mother & child isn't. But remember, she absolutely hates Pro-life crisis pregnancy centers that do provide compassion & care & especially alternatives to abortion.
She goes on to repeat many of the other lies that are standard for Planned parenthood, like how small a part of their business abortion is. She claims that "abortion care accounts for 2 percent of our health services."  As I, & many others have pointed out before, that number is arrived at by manipulating the statistics to count each "service" as a seperate person. & June carefully ignored how big a percentage of their income comes from abortion. & it is a whole lot more than the 2% she claims.
June then goes on to make another of PP's big lies, we are here to reduce the number of abortions by our family planning services. "You want to decrease the number of abortions in the state of Iowa, but don’t want family planning funds to be given to Planned Parenthood — the very service that prevents unintended pregnancies and, thus, the need for abortion."
Since she brought it up, let's see how well PPH is doing to reduce the number of abortions. According to their own FY 2011 report they did 6361 abortions (chemical as well as surgical). That is up from 2898 in 2002 & 4793 in 2009. Granted, they have added 2 abortion mills in Nebraska & 2 in Arkansa to their fold, but that still doesn't account for a 1500+ increase over the past 2 years. But leaving the 2011 stats out, how do they explain that their efforts from 2002 to 2009 resulted in more abortions, not less being done by them.
June needs to explain the huge jump in abortions over that 8 year period (FYI: In Iowa the total number of abortions done by all providers has increased every year from 2003 to 2007 except for 2005. Note the 2009 numbers show a slight decrease as well. But even so, PPH's numbers have grown to be a bigger percentage as well as a bigger actual number. If I was judging on results, I would say that if PPH was serious about reducing the number of abortions it has failed miserably. & that alone is a good reason to cut the funding.
A shorter version of the column appeared in the 30 April Cedar Rapids Gazette. Besides playing the "compassionate " card for rape & incest, she plays a shorter version of the lie of how this would deny men & women needed health care that they can only get at PPH. Then she tosses in how the loss of medicaid funds will hurt "programs for children in the foster care system, seniors in assisted living facilities, and Iowans with disabilities who are unable to work, among others." Most of those are on the ObamaCare hit list any way, so her so-called compation reads more like crocidle tears than anything else.
On 3 may a response to the original Register article appeared in the Des Moines Register. It was written by Jennifer Bowen is the executive director for Iowa Right to Life. In it she says a few of the same things I point out above. But she adds some other facts that PPH doesn't want out as well. So here is the article:

In her recent column (April 28) Planned Parenthood of the Heartland CEO Jill June again makes the false claim that Planned Parenthood’s family planning efforts reduce the need for abortion in Iowa.
Here is the problem: Planned Parenthood of the Heartland’s abortion business is growing exponentially. In Iowa alone, Planned Parenthood aborts the equivalent of a kindergarten class every two days. According to Planned Parenthood’s own numbers, the organization did 4,792 abortions in 2009, up from 2,898 in 2002. Planned Parenthood’s most recent numbers, which also include two locations in Nebraska and two in Arkansas that do abortions, brought their abortion total to 6,361 for fiscal year 2011.
The other problem for Jill June is the nationwide movement to defund Planned Parenthood is not led by “out of touch extreme legislators” here in Iowa, as she suggests, but former Planned Parenthood employees. People like Iowa’s Sue Thayer, who was the former manager of Planned Parenthood in Storm Lake, Catherine Adair from Massachusetts and Abby Johnson from Texas all have the same message: They worked for Planned Parenthood because they wanted to reduce unintended pregnancies, but later felt betrayed when they realized Planned Parenthood’s real goal was to grow profits by increasing its abortion business.
Adair said recently, “The first thing they do at Planned Parenthood is take your money. Before you speak to a counselor, they ask about how you will pay.”
All three women have said Planned Parenthood withholds vital information from women that would lead them not to abort. Adair said Planned Parenthood employees were not allowed to use the words “baby” or “fetus” with women and were to describe the abortion as, “The doctor will gently extract the contents of the uterus.” Planned Parenthood drives abortion profits by misleading women.
Planned Parenthood of the Heartland is a wealthy organization. June herself makes over $265,000 a year. Planned Parenthood reaps over $6 million in taxpayer funds annually in Iowa. And while the Susan G. Komen organization continues to lose money nationwide after being bullied by Planned Parenthood to restore funding, Jill June boasted in a recent Planned Parenthood of the Heartland publication how Planned Parenthood of the Heartland netted $21,000 in donations from the controversy.
Make no mistake. Planned Parenthood of the Heartland is all about profits. If their intention is to reduce abortions in Iowa, they have failed miserably, because their abortion business is increasing, at the expense of the women they mislead. Women in Iowa deserve better.

Killing the Holy Innocents - 2000 Years Ago & Now

Then it was done under the orders of King Herod because he was afraid of any rival that might cause him to lose his power as ruler.

Now it is done by Planned Parenthood & the abortion industry with the approval of President Obama whom they helped elect & he is doing his best to keep happy so that they will help him stay in power.

Pictures of aborted babies here

The names may have changed, but the story is the same one, people sold out to evil working to create a "culture of death" in opposition to God's plans for a Culture of Life.  Of course there is 1 huge difference. Herod probably had only 20-30 babies murdered. Planned Parenthood alone murders an unborn baby every 96 seconds, day in & day out. There are about 3-4 thousand total abortions done daily in the USA alone.
But just as back then, the children were not the only victims. The story of the Holy Innocents in Matthew 2 ends with the following: "Then were fulfilled the words spoken through the prophet Jeremiah: 'A voice is heard in Ramah, lamenting and weeping bitterly: it is Rachel weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted because they are no more.'" (Matthew 2:17-18)
These days, despite claims by the abortion industry to the contrary, there are many other victims of abortion. They include the women who had the abortion as well as the fathers of the aborted children. The damage done to them is emotional, just like that described in the prophecy from Jeremiah. Studies, many of them done by abortion supporters, have shown that men & women feel emptiness & isolation after abortion. Additionally, there is the guilt often felt knowing that what they have done was wrong. & while the abortion industry attempts to deny or downplay this damage, it isn't. That is why many groups have sprung up to help people find the spiritual & emotional healing they need. I have links to many of them in the right hand column under Post-abortion healing.
History for the most part has ignored what Herod did. Some even try to deny it because they say there is no contemporary evidence outside the Bible. Given the total track record of Herod, it is easy to see how this would be seen as just another in the long list of atrocities done by Herod, & a minor one at that.
These days, the abortion industry has shown that they are deserving to be called modern day heirs to the Herodian dynasty, not only by the number of abortions, but by the many other atrocities they have done as well. I have reported many times about the coverups of rape & incest, the horrific conditions of abortion clinics etc. & like Herod, they are doing all they can to maintain their power, no matter how illegal, immoral,  or corrupt the actions they use.
Herod the Great killed the Holy Innocents & even his children to maintain his corrupt reign. His granddaughter Herodius had John the Baptist killed because he proclaimed the truth about her sinful relationship with Herod Antipas. Today, the modern Herods do not like the message that the Catholic Church & others are proclaiming about what they do. So they try to get bubble laws passed, they try to pass laws attacking crisis pregnancy centers, they paint all pro-lifers as violent while they are the truly violent ones. (As a reminder, those few who do commit violent acts like arson, assault & murder in the name of ending abortion are not truly representative of the Pro-life movement. In fact they are antithetical to what we stand for.)
On this day, as we remember those 1st martyrs for Christ let us rededicate ourselves to fighting to put an end to abortion. Let us ask God to give us the courage to proclaim the truth in word & deed. May He guide & bless our efforts to build a Culture of Life. May we soon see an end to the "culture of death".

Holy Innocents we ask your intercession for those of us who are working to put an end to abortion. Plead with God for His blessings on our efforts to put an end to this modern day slaughter of innocents. Pray too for those men & women who are suffering from the emotional damage done to them as a result of participating in an abortion. Lead them to those groups who offer God's healing forgiveness they so sorely need.

Caution: This Story Will Definitely Make You Sick

I kid you not. I 1st heard about this on Laura Ingraham's show this morning when she had Fe Vinoya on as a guest to talk about it. When I heard Vinoya share what her suprevisor said it made me sick to my stomach. It also gave a great insight into the twisted mindset of the abortion industry & the "culture of death".
& the fact that, as Thomas Peters points out, other pro-aborts are reacting hysterically, is more proof that they know how horrific what these nurses were told really is.  The Jezebel article Ptetrs links to is entitled "Nurses Fight For Their Right To Refuse Women Care". Notice how she is trying to make it sound like being forced to catch a murdered baby in your hands is being painted as simply offering a woman health care. & not doing so is denying a woman health care. Jezabel makes it sound like they are not being forced to participate in the abortion but simply provide post abortion care. Shades of Nancy Pelosi's comments about pro-lifers wanting to let women die on the floor. Like I said, sick, sick sick.
The last I looked, being required to receive & hold the baby expelled is not merely postabortive care. It is helping with a part of the abortion proceedure. Jezabel is very careful to omit that fact.
But they have to result to twisted claims & lies like this like this to cover up the truth about what it is they are demanding others be forced to participate in against their will.
I don't even want to think about how much worse what else is being said out there is that Thomas Peters doesn't feel free to repeat.
I wish Laura had put up the segment on YouTube like she did the one with O'Brien I posted about yesterday., but she hasn't.  Still this gives you a pretty good idea of the ongoing persecution going on against those who live their faith out. We also get a good idea of what the Obama administration means by conscience rights that it has claimed it will protect. As far as the Obama administration is concerned it is open season on Pro-lifers & esp those who live out their Christian faith as they are supposed to.

Pro-life nurse asked to assist abortion told: ‘You just have to catch the baby’s head’
by Thomas Peters

As we’ve reported, a dozen pro-life nurses in New Jersey are fighting for their right to follow their conscience and not be forced to assist at abortions.
This quote in The Washington Post by one of the nurses stopped me in my tracks when I read it:
One of the nurses, Fe Esperanza R. Vinoya, said a manager told her: “‘You just have to catch the baby’s head. Don’t worry, it’s already dead.’ ”
A child killed through abortion.
Can you imagine anything more horrific than being forced to “catch” a dead baby’s head? A baby who only minutes before was alive in its mother’s womb?
Pro-abort writers and bloggers are hysterically (I don’t use the word lightly) attempting to attack these women’s motives.
Here’s just a sample of mockery by Erin Ryan of the feminist blog Jezebel:
“From the way the complaint describes it, you’d think they were being ordered to line babies up and shoot them with a crossbow in front of their children.”
I won’t even repeat some of the other things I’ve seen written about these pro-life nurses.
I think the need by pro-abort writers to hysterically blow this story out of proportion is telling: they have to exaggerate because the actual reality of what these nurses have been asked to do is truly horrifying. No one is talking about shooting babies with crossbows, we are talking about crushing a baby’s skull while the baby is still inside his or her mother and severing it from its tiny body. Pro-lifers demand that all sides simply face the gruesome facts.
For a movement that claims to be for “choice”, pro-aborts absolutely cannot admit that pro-life nurses have a choice not to assist at abortions. But the more important choice facing advocates of abortion is whether or not they will agree to discuss and confront the reality of abortion.
So, stow the crossbows and contemplate the heads of the poor victims of abortion instead.

Pro-Aborts: "Don't Stop, Otherwise You Might Hear the Truth About Abortion

Remember that bunch from GSU that I showed you a video about yesterday? They didn't want any facts to get out. Well meet their Rockford equivalents. These people order women to go into the Rockford Abortion Mill without stopping to talk to the Pro-lifers. Like the group I showed you yesterday, this group knows that the truth will probably result in the woman chosing life, not abortion. They also know that the truth about the unsanitary conditions of the mill will get out as well. More proof that the pro-aborts don't really care about abortions being "safe" let alone rare.

Trust Black Women, But Only If They Are Pro-Abort

This is a perfect example of how the pro-aborts attempt to bully the Pro-life side into silence. & when you try to engage them in an honest debate, how they refuse to show the respect that they alledge the Pro-lifers aren't showing to black women. & then when a black woman actually stands up to call them on it (2:45 in) we see how much they really respect black women as well.
But this isn't about respecting black women, it is about keeping the truth about abortion & the harm it does to the black community from getting out. The pro-aborts know that if the truth does get out it will not only show they don't trust black women, they don't respect them either.

It isn't surprizing that they don't like her calling them to task. She has shown exactly how rude they are. So they next time you hear someone claim that it is the Pro-life crowd who is rude or bullies, show them this video.

(Note: This is mild compared to way the pro-aborts often treat Pro-lifers. I have been treated much worse myself.)
