When I saw this picture of Minnesota Episcopal Bishop Brian Prior over @ Bad Vestments my 1st reaction was "What in the theological place of eternal damnation???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????"

I have seen some ugly vestments, but never any that look like a crazed circus tent. (I assume it is supposed to be some kind of cope.)
