Planned Parenthood & Live Action

As I said in my weather post, I haven't been able to get any new posts up about the breaking scandal involving Planned Parenthood. Before I go into any more details about the Live Action story into their latest investigation I have to mention that as PP has absolutely nothing on their website about the scandal. In fact, from what I have seen, all PP is doing is the usual spin to cover up.

Live Action wasted no time in putting up the complete video from the New Jersey PP. In the past PP has tried to claim that the editing made the look guilty. So it is clear they wanted to counter PP using that copout again.

Tuesday night Central Jersey Planned Parenthood fired the manager, Amy Woodruff, & announced it had beefed up security around its clinics. (Central Jersey Planned Parenthood fires worker after release of undercover video) Phyllis Kinsler, executive director oc CJPP also raised the usual questions about editing that the 2 videos above should answer. Kinsler goes on to claim that bothe Woodruff from the Perth Amboy site & the manager of their site in Shrewsbury contacted her immediately about their concerns over illegal activity involving children. OK, if that is true, then why did they fire Woodruff since she supposedly did nothing wrong? Maybe because she did & they know it. & they know what she did was OK with the higherups, until she got caught.

The fact that she got fired also raises questions as to the real reason they did contact Attorney General Holder. As I mentioned in an earlier post, it seems they recognized 1 of the men as being connected to Live Action, but only after the fact. So that contact was a premtive strike to spin things their way. The firing only confirms that fact. If Woodruff was as concerned as she claims then why didn't she simply say no & tell them to leave?

Wednesday morning Lila Rose posted her observations about the past 1-1/2 days on BigGovernment.com. In it she raises the same question I have: "Then Planned Parenthood used the contrived back-up plan they hatched last week, claiming they had reported the sex traffickers immediately following Live Action’s undercover visits to their clinics. But the undercover footage tells quite a different story. No shock, no outrage, no report, only a clinic manager working with the pimp and prostitute to enable their prostitution ring of underage girls.
By Tuesday night we get news that PP has effectively thrown their employee under the bus and fired her. Now why would they do that if she and the others had reported the abuse, like they claim?" (emphasis mine)

Lila Rose went on to say in the post that there was more to come.

Live Action also issued a full statement about the firing & that it was evidence the tape was no hoax.

Lila Rose also made the rounds of the news shows on Wednesday. Planned Parenthood was invited by CNN to appear in a segment with Lila Rose. Brooke Baldwin tries to claim she isn't taking either side, yet it is clear from the way she tries to stear Lila Rose that she is trying to make her look like the bad guy & help PP with their spin. Calling Live Action's agenda myopic & pointing out that PP gets Federal funds isn't exactly being neutral. History has proven that many other times Federal funding has gone to groups that are anything but good guys. Lila Rose holds her own & refuses to let Baldwin set the agenda.

But it is clear that PP is trying to cover up what is endemic in their organization. Schear states the 11 minute video is the only 1 released, even though by that time the full tape was released as well. & they had to know more was yet to come. So, while what he said was true, it is clear he was trying to imply that video was all there was there was no more. & while Schear stuck to the "women's reproductive health" talking points & lone incident talking point as well, CNN should have brought up how many other scandals have come out that raise questions about them proving this was less of an exception than it was. That CNN didn't is no surprize. Still they didn't give PP a totally free ride either.

Wednesday night Lila Rose appeared on The O'Reilly Factor with guest host Laura Ingraham.

What is sad is to see how Jehmu Greene tries to defend a group that has made it their goal to eliminate blacks. Calling a tragedy like the numbers from New York only a talking point shows how much she has sold her soul to the devil. Laura refuses to let Greene spin however. Notice how Greene refuses to answer any other rights that should be "rare".

Then on Thursday the more to come came. Live Action issued a press release & 2 more videos. This time the focus was a Richmond, VA Planned Parenthood abortion center. They showed the clinic agreeing to help the pimp get secret abortions as well as cheap birth control for his trafficked girls. The 1st video is the lowlights, the 2nd was the entire incident.

Again PP has tried to claim the tape is heavily edited despite proof to the contrary. On the other hand, PP may have admitted more than they wanted to by saying the employee "reacted professionally to the highly unusual person posing as a patient." Didn't they say as much about the NJ employee & still fired her? Anyhow, apparently PP believes coaching people in circumventing the law is professional.

Interestingly enough, while PP & their cohorts are calling what Live Action did wrong ABC & reporter John Quinones hired an actor to go undercover to investigate how Arizona is enforcing its immigration law. Gee, I guess it is OK for the left to do it, but not the right.

Meanwhile a new coalition has formed to work to Expose Planned Parenthood. They kicked of their campaign Thursday night. Go to the website for more.

Meanwhile, YouTube threatened to take down the original video, but has since backed off. Calls to defund PP have expanded to include 2 anti-trafficking leaders in addition to many other voices. LifeNews has an article about the abortion mill NJ PP's Woodruff refered them to.

If things follow true to form, you can be sure that there are more revelations to come. Live Action has wisely issued the videos one at a time in the past to keep the story alive rather than it quickly being buried. & I suspect they will agaain this time. Stayed tuned, the worst may be yet to come. & PP will again be the villian, a role that isn't a role but real life.
