What We Can Learn About When Life Begins From the Bible

While this does make some interesting points about the Bible timeline in relation to Jesus & St. John the Baptist, there is 1 major problem, those who oppose abortion usually deny the historical accuracy of anything miraculous, let alone that Jesus really is the Son of God.
Another point that needs to be made is that conception was redefined by those who support birth contral & abortion to mean implantation, not fertilization. The author does speculate that the embryonic Jesus may not have yet been implanted depending on the time of Mary's arrival at Elizabeth's.
Like I said, the points he makes are interesting & what he cites does support what those who believe already know. & he knows that for a lot of people what the Bible says doesn't matter. But he does present something for those who are sincerely seeking answers to consider about what the Christmas story tells us about when life begins.
