Pro-life Mobile Ultrasound is Back in Rockford to Stay!




Despite the best efforts of the Northern Illinois Women's Center to keep this life saving help out of Rockford, the free mobile ultrasound motor-home is back in Rockford to stay.

"Whoever acknowledges Me before men, I will also acknowledge him before My Father in heaven." Matthew 10:32

Because the pro-life Christians of Rockford made countless phone calls to city officials, sent hundreds of emails, prayed, and showed up in force at a city council meeting combined with national media attention, the powers that be in Rockford relented and granted a permit for the ultrasound.

Many thanks also go to Pastor Pat Clinton, Pastor John Sprecher and Bishop Thomas G. Doran for their support. Alderman Joe Sosnowski, Alderman Franklin C.Beach, and State Senate Candidate Robert Brokish deserve our thanks and appreciation for their active support.

We learned a lot from this experience about how desperately the Rockford abortion mill is to keep mothers from seeing the truth that abortion kills a child.

We also learned that the faith and love of the Rockford pro-life community will not be defeated or intimidated by the culture of death and those who profit from the killing of children in Rockford.

Something tells me that the NIWC gang won't sit quietly for this. Given their track record you can be sure that they will harrass those working at the van, try & stop women from going in to have an ultrasound & keep working to drive the ultrasound van out. But, as you can see, the Rockford Pro-life community is in it for the log haul & will keep praying & fighting as long as it takes until the NIWC is shut for good.
