The Heat is Off!!!!

1 of the big buzzes of the last 24 hours has been the news that e-mail servers at the University of East Anglia's Climate Research Unit (CRU) in Norwich, England, were hacked recently.The contents were then illegally made available over the Internet. I have to start by saying that I do not condone hacking. But, like the Pentegon Papers back in the early 70s, this is information that needed to get out.

Why do I say that? Because these e-mails, which have been confirmed to be real, raise some real questions about how much the claims by Algore & the other envirowackos has been manipulated to mislead us.

Here are a couple of the e-mails:

"I’ve just completed Mike’s Nature trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (ie from 1981 onwards) amd from 1961 for Keith’s to hide the decline."

"The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t. The CERES data published in the August BAMS 09 supplement on 2008 shows there should be even more warming: but the data are surely wrong. Our observing system is inadequate."

Then there is this bit about supressing dissent:

“This was the danger of always criticising the skeptics for not publishing in the “peer-reviewed literature”. Obviously, they found a solution to that–take over a journal! So what do we do about this? I think we have to stop considering “Climate Research” as a legitimate peer-reviewed journal. Perhaps we should encourage our colleagues in the climate research community to no longer submit to, or cite papers in, this journal. We would also need to consider what we tell or request of our more reasonable colleagues who currently sit on the editorial board…What do others think?”
“I will be emailing the journal to tell them I’m having nothing more to do with it until they rid themselves of this troublesome editor.”“It results from this journal having a number of editors. The responsible one for this is a well-known skeptic in NZ. He has let a few papers through by Michaels and Gray in the past. I’ve had words with Hans von Storch about this, but got nowhere. Another thing to discuss in Nice !”

Meanwhile, evidence has come out that Algore is not above using misleading info to sell his books. & that includes photoshopped pictures like the 1 for his new book, Our Choice; A Plan To Solve The Climate Crisis. (Check out photo here) This photo is supposed to show what we should be facing because of the record high CO2 levels. He made the claim after Hurricane Katrina (as did many others) that this was the start of a huge rise in hurricanes as well as their severity. The problem, despite these record CO2 highs global hurricane activity is now at a thirty year low.

Something tells me that as the truth gets out about the global warming hoax gets out Algore (& others pushing it) can expect more receptions like this 1 that Algore got in Portland OR on 18 Nov 2009:

Sounds to me like Algore might become the hunted 1 & that he won't have any time for his quest to find ManBearPig(L). No definite word yet from ManBearPig, but it is reliably reported that he is planning a celebration should this prove true. Esp if Algore ends up in the padded cell that he should be put into.

Naturally, I am not condoning wholesale environmental irresponsibility. I am all for the proper stewardship of the environment that God requires of us. That stewardship is not the anti-human BS that these envirowackos are pushing. It is the proper, common sense use of our natural resources. Resources that are a part of the world God created & gave us dominion over. Got that?? We have dominion & stewardship over it. It doesn't have dominion over us. Nor is it Gaia, the earth goddess, which is the bastardized version of St. Francis' mother earth they try & push in his name. St. Francis saw the Glory of God reflected & revealed in nature, but he never saw it as anything more than God's creation either.
