Why Should He Confront China Since He Agrees With Their Abortion Policy

I was reading an article on LifeSiteNews.com about Obama's trip to China & the call for President Obama to confront China about their coercive one-child policy.
1 line in particular stood out. This 1 by U.S. Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ): "Human rights are trivialized by China, and the United States has been sending a message that profits and money-making trumps human rights."
I know what Rep. Smith is refering to, keeping the flow of cheaply made goods flowing from China. However, I couldn't help but thinking that given how Obama is deep in the pockets of the abortion industry, that they trivialize the human rights of the unborn & esp that they believe "profits and money-making trumps human rights" of the unborn as well as the women that have the abortions, he doesn't have any moral authority to tell China they are wrong.
& above that, why should he since he supports the abortion industry in their doing the same thing.
Another line in the article was this: "The body of the baby was thrown into a trashcan." While the context was that of a woman talking about her forced abortion, it is different from what goes on innumerable times every day at abortion clinics here in the USA how? Esp since many of those women here in the USA are coerced into those abortions by the father of the baby or another family member.
& finally, given that Obama is the Socialist-in-chief here, why should he criticize he fellow travellers?
