& To Think I Supported Him for President

Sometimes you plan where you want to go with your posts, & then the news just overtakes you. I will probably put up some of what I planned but I have to comment on 1 bit of news that has raised the ire of many Pro-Lifers, myself included.
& that is the fact that Sen. Brownback has said he will vote for Gov. Sebelius when it comes up for a vote in the Senate. WHY?????????????
Over the last 8 years almost every Democrat has either voted against or worked to block every Pro-life judge nominated by President Bush. If being pro-life is a valid consideration, the shouldn't being pro-death, especially in a key position like this one? So what reason could someone who had the initial support of a large part of the Pro-Life community have for stabbing us in the back?
I suspect that there is a different reason behind Brownback's support than that of pride at the nomination of a Kansan. & that has to do with the 2010 election & his run for governor of Kansas.
Either way, he has totally betrayed his principles. He has betrayed all of us who worked for him in his run for president. &, should he run, probably lost the 2010 election for governor of Kansas in the process.
