More like working to honor Margaret Sanger's legacy by eliminate more minorities. Even if this story per se isn't true, it does reveal the mentality of those who deal in the wholesale murder of the unborn.
One week left. is a supposedly true story by an abortion clinic worker who goes by the name of "Nell". (Why is it that they always operate under an assumed name? & don't give me this BS about fearing reprisals. They know that their side is the 1 that does more violence against pro-lifers.)
(My thoughts in blue)
(I have to start by saying that way too much of this doesn't ring true. It may be possible that this actually happenned, but. . . .)
"I'm thinking of one mother I talked to today, in particular.
DaShay called up and asked for Plan B for her daughter Alia. I told her that it was actually available over the counter at any drugstore, usually for about $30-50. She said that she didn't have the money to get it and thought that her insurance would pay for it if I sent in a prescription. She was pretty angry, cursing her daughter up and down for having sex. (Abuse alert. Given the described level of anger, I would suspect some physical abuse as well as the verbal mentioned. Notice that "Nell" conveniently ignores that, but it isn't surprizing given that she really doesn't care much about mother or daughter. Dawn Eden points out exactly what she is after, "blood money".) She asked me how Plan B worked. "When did your daughter have intercourse?" I asked. "Oh, she's about three weeks," DaShay said.
"Three weeks since the sex or do you mean that she's three weeks pregnant?"
"She's only three weeks pregnant." I explained to her that Plan B can prevent pregnancy if used within 5 days of unprotected sex by preventing ovulation, but that it would not have any effect if her daughter was already pregnant.
I told her that if her daughter did not want be pregnant, then she could end the pregnancy by having a surgical or a medically-induced abortion (by using the abortion pill--not plan B.) I asked her to put Alia on the phone and we realized that she was actually nearly 9 weeks pregnant and would be too far to do a medication abortion by the time she came in. Alia answered my questions slowly, but kept confirming that she did not want to be pregnant. (Was she telling the truth? Or merely repeating out of fear of another beating? Or out of maternal coersion?) Even though she was 17, she sounded younger. Mom was in the background shouting lots of questions, (Questions? or answers? Shouting is a key word here. Sounds more & more like Alia, if real, was being coerced into the abortion by her abusive mother. Again, if "Nell" really cares, why didn't she call child welfare? This is sounding more & more like DaShay is abusing Alia.) so I asked to speak to DaShay again.
"Look--my daughter has one baby and I got her baby. I adopted him because she can't care for him. She's got a disability, she can't care for herself, she can't learn, she was in special classes but went and dropped out. I been laid off. We only get a little bit of money for her disability. She can't have another baby! We are on welfare--do you hear me? WEL...FARE. WELFARE! Understand? We got nothing. Now what's this gonna cost? Thirty? Fifty dollars for the pills?"
Because of where she lived, DaShay's welfare would not cover the cost of an abortion. "Actually, it's going to be closer to $350," I explained again why it was different than needing Plan B. She started screaming at her daughter, "$350? What am I supposed to do! Where we gonna get money? Where'd that little boy go who said he's gonna help you?" (Back to screaming at the child. I would be willing to bet that DaShay has a record of both physically as well as verbally abusing Alia. Again no concern by "Nell" for Alia's welfare. Dawn also raises another questions that it isn't surprizing to see "Nell" ignore: "Nell shows no concern that the poor Alia, having already given birth to one child, has potentially been the victim not only of statutory rape (depending upon the age of consent in her state), but also of actual rape (since, being mentally disabled, she may not be capable of legal consent)." Did you catch that? RAPE!! statuatory or actual isn't a concern of "Nell" any more than it usually is at any abortion clinic. But we are about to see what is.)
When DaShay calmed down again, we went over her finances. She was right--they were just barely surviving. I don't know how she was making it work. We went through the steps to get her some emergency help from the National Abortion Foundation, but still weren't able to get the whole cost covered. We made a plan where she would try to come up with a portion and I would start calling around to some other emergency abortion funds to find part of it. We scheduled Alia's appointment for two weeks in the future, to give each of us a chance to try to come up with some more money. I'm still waiting for phone calls back from the emergency funds and I don't know what's going to happen. " ("Nell" has just 1 concern, how do we get the money to kill a baby. Besides ignoring the rape & abuse, this story is just way too much a description of what is a "stereotypical" poor black situation. But why not pull out all the stops when you are out to make it sound like you are "concerned" for the poor. If she was really concerned about more than killing the baby, she would be talking about getting other help for the "family". This is another reason why I suspect this isn't a true story. She pulls out every stereotype to try & tug on our heartstrings, while ignoring the fact that much of what she says actually makes her sound cold hearted & calculating. This is definitely 1 out of the Margaret Sanger "Let's eliminate minorities" playbook.)
After posting the above "Nell" apparently got some flack so she added the following: "I am going to add a postscript to this entry, because several readers have been distressed at the possibility that Alia may have been sexually abused or that she did not have the intellectual capacity to understand what was happening for her. I'm glad that our readers are concerned for her welfare. Is she? Or is is simply that she is forced to backtrack a little because even some pro-abortionists were still smart enough to see what the rest of us clearly see was wrong in how "Nell" handled it?) No woman should be forced or coerced into having an abortion, continuing a pregnancy or giving a child up for adoption. (1st of all, notice how she lumps everything together here. Assuming this story is true, I would say that DeSahy's daughter was definitely coerced into an abortion, by her mother. & that "Nell" abetted it, just like those at PP in Indiana are willing to abet statuatory rape. But she doesn't deal with Alia specifically, just talks in generic terms.) It is very important that women with special needs get extra time and care to ensure that they make decisions that they are comfortable with." (So what does she define as extra time? Esp if the person may be totally incapable of making a decision in the 1st place.)
As I said, if this story is true, then it is a public admission by "Nell" that she is aiding & abetting rape & child abuse. Nowhere do you see any real concern for Alia. Just "How can we kill the baby?" & "How can I get my money so we can do it?"
& a followup on the blog just adds more evidence to what this is really about, the money.
"One organization that helps women nationally is WRRAP. They are wonderful, just wonderful. I could tell you so many stories of women they have helped! Pregnant women who have lost their jobs, women who are homeless, women whose personal finances are committed to their children. Even working women sometimes earn too little to be able to pay for an abortion and still pay their rent. WRRAP's staff is volunteer so whatever you donate goes right to the clinics for a specific woman whose situation we present to them. Whenever WRRAP has money, they immediately spread it around! And I have never seen such an increase in requests!
These days, with so many women losing their jobs, losing hours at work, losing their homes, the requests are greater than ever. As a result, WRRAP is always short of funds. Any amount you care to send will be so appreciated, is so needed! You can go directly to their website . . . . . and contribute via Paypal as one of you wished to do.
. . . . . (I'm leaving out the contact info)
Anything you can spare will go to women just like DaShay. Your contribution, added to those of others, will given out to women all across the US. The need is great and the need is now. Be as generous as you can."
As the Church Lady would say: "How convenient!" 1st a story about a woman who doesn't have the money to murder her grandchild, then we have this plug for an orginization that can helpt to do this. Why didn't "Nell" contact them in the 1st place?
Again, I suspect the Alia story is just that, & that this whole plug for funds was the real goal of the story. Again note the couching of their anti-minority as well as anti-special needs agenda under the guise of supposedly being concerned. All these abortion providers care about is how they can eliminate minorities, kill children & make money while doing it.
