Playing With Fire?

A blogger who claims to be a good Catholic yet supports mass murderer via his support of abortion, Barak Obama, has called on her readers to pray a Rosary a day for him. I have 1 question

DOES SHE REALLY KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING BY ASKING HER READERS TO DO THAT?????

I don't think she really understands what could happen (despite my telling her so in a message that she ignored). By daily praying the Rosary for him she is opening the door for God to once again work powerfully just like he did at Lepanto.

For those of you who don't know what Lepanto was, it was a major sea battle on 7 October 1571 between the Ottoman Empire & The Holy League (the Papal States, the Habsburg states of Spain, Naples and Sicily, the Republic of Venice, the Republic of Genoa, the Grand Duchy of Tuscany, the Duchies of Savoy, Parma and Urbino and the Knights of Malta). Before the battle, Pope Pius V called for the citizens of Rome to pray the Rosary, asking Mary's powerful intecession before the Throne of God so that the Holy League would hold back the Muslim forces. On 7 October a Rosary procession was held in St. Peter's Square. Naturally, the Holy League won. The next year the feast we know as Our Lady of the Rosary was 1st celebrated in 1572 as Our Lady of Victory.

In my message I sent her, I told the blogger that if she was serious this is what the result probably would be: Obama would convert, he would no longer support abortion or his many other radical socialist positions. That includes his support for fetal stem-cell research as well.

As I thought about it later, I decided to challenge myself. So I prayed a Rosary for Obama's conversion & decided to encourage others to do the same. Why not? If God can ensure a victory like Lepanto, converting Obama is a piece of cake.

So, I am challenging everyone who reads this to do just that. Pray at least 1 Rosary for Obama's public conversion before the election. Pray that he will renounce abortion, fetal stem-cell research, etc. & become completely Pro-Life. I ask that you also pass this challenge on to your friends.

Our Lady of Victory IS still working through the Rosary. In 1990 Bishop Charles Grahmann began leading a monthly "Second Saturday Rosary" outside Dallas' abortion clinics. At the time there were 13 clinics. Since then 8 of them have closed, the latest on 28 June 2008. On that same day, the current Bishop of the Dallas Diocese, Bishop Kevin Joseph Farrell, celebrated a Mass of Thanksgiving for the closing of that 8th abortion clinic. The Catholic Pro-Life Committee of the diocese as well as others have vowed to continue to pray outside those remaining five clinics. They will also continue to offer alternatives to abortion at those sites.

Let's show this Barak Obama supporter how powerful a prayer weapon the Rosary really is!!!!!
