1. While watching a part of Prseident Ford's funeral & seeing all the pomp & circumstance that is involved in a "State Funeral", I began to wonder what Americans living arround 1789 - 1800, esp those who wer Anti-Federalists would think of it? Remember that many of these people were upset when John Adams wanted some sort of a title by which to address the president & later accused him of being a monarchist.
2. What would President Ulysses S. Grant think of the fact that the Ryan House, where he spent time visiting friends now contains a bar, Isabella's at The Ryan House, that is a smoke-free bar?
