Sibelius - Showing Ignorance of Constitution She Has Sworn to Uphold

Sibelius doesn't come off too well in the questioning she faced from  Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) on the topic of religious liberty. Even worse, she makes it clear that she didn't do all she could to  “balance” religious liberty protections with preventive services in making the decision about the contraceptive mandate (which includes drugs that can cause abortions). She claims that she relied on the expertise of HHS General Counsel. OK, I can buy that. But why didn't they bring up the most significant cases related to religious liberty that have been decided by the Supreme Court? Clearly, that is what they are supposed to have done to ensure she was fully informed. But she claims she was unaware of them. So, either they failed to do their job, or she is lying. Since there is no memo, as there also should have been, we may never know.
But even without the specific knowledge, she should have known more than she claims. After all, she was Governor of Kansas.
What is clear to me is that the only thing she sought to balance was the bottom line of the abortion industry, especially her buddies at Planned Parenthood.
