It's Official, It's As Bad As I was Afraid It Was Going to Be

The new 3 Stooges movie by the Farrelly Brothers is what I am talking about:

While it looks like the actors are doing a fairly decent attempt at immitaing Moe, Larry & Curly, beyond that, this is clearly amovie that looks like it will depend on double & triple entendres as well as mocking the Catholic Church in a blasphemous way.

Some comedies, like the original Blues Brothers, did use Catholic Nuns for a part of the humor, but in a way that exagerated the stereotypes, not turn them into Playboy models. Speaking of the Blues Brothers, it is clear this movie is a total rip off of the plot from the 1st one.

Additionally, the original 3 Stooges didn't have to depend on the below the belt humor that this one is using. & while I loved seeing Snooki getting the disrespect she so richly deserves, using the cast of Jersey Shore is another sign of how devoid of originality, or a decent script this movie is.

The only positive I can say is that at least the real Three Stooges aren't arround to see this mockery of their great comedy legacy.
You can be sure I will be avoiding this movie like the plague.
Additionally, they might as well close the nominations for the 2012 Golden Rasberry awards as every Razzie will probably go to this 1. & I do mean every category for the worst of the year.
