Interesting Story About Mother Teresa & Hillary Clinton

There is no definite confirmation about Mother Teresa saying this to Hillary Clinton. So, I have no idea if the story is true. However, it is the sort of thing Mother Teresa would have said.

In 1985 Mother Teresa went to receive from President Ronald Reagan the Presidential Medal of Freedom. But I have found no evidence of Mother Teresa going to the White House during the Clinton Era.

For that reason, I suspect that the story of a Mother Teresa-Hillary White House sit down is more apocryphal than true.

What I do know is that Mother Teresa & Hillary Clinton did talk after the 1994 National Prayer Breakfast. Mother Teresa's address at it got a less than warm response by the Clintons & Gores. While everyone else gave her a standing ovation, they didn't clap & just sat there. Why? They were not too happy about the subject matter of her talk. She spoke very powerfully about why abortion was wrong. As I said, they did talk after the Prayer Breakfast. So, if Hillary did ask the question when they met there, to me this does sound like the kind of answer Mother Teresa would give.
