Or just editing the Declaration to update a few lines. Some of the charges against King George are just as true about Obama & Congress so they probably will stay in.

For example:

"He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance." ie all the Czars.

"He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:" ObamaCare's mandating the purchase of health insurance, something never done before.

"For . . . .altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:" See above

Fortunately, some of the states are firing back:

& 37 other states are looking at doing the same. (Regretably that does not Iowa since the governor & state legislature are on the same socialist page of destroying the Constitution that Obama is.)
