268!!

That is the number of lives saved during the 1st 20 days of this Fall's 40 Days for Life campaign. No wonder Planned Parenthood is so up in arms. & doing more than ever to spread its vicious lies about the campaign. PP is losing money. That is what it boils down to & they know it.

1 of PP's latest ploys is to create a blog they call "I am Emily X". It purports to be by a PP worker who travels arround to various locations. (In the fine print it claims to be written by several people). Naturally, the so-called worker(s) is (are) anonymous to protect them from being attacked by us evil & vicious Pro-Lifers.

Anyone who honestly reads the posts can tell how fake they are. They read like a bad novel, full of lies, condesension, belittlement & downright blasphemy. Her true life stories are really truly lies stories.

Here is an example of how they attack religion while maintaining the plausable lie that they aren't: " Today there were priests and mass intonations of the rosary. If the rosary were being prayed for some other purpose, I'd think, "How lovely that sounds -- all those voices together." But when they do it en masse outside the clinic, I worry about how intimidating the sound of all those voices at once can be. And I'm disappointed that a potentially beautiful prayer experience has been corrupted as a tool to frighten women.

Religion should be used as a way to lift people’s spirits. Unfortunately, these protesters use it to put people down."

This incident supposedly took place in Nebraska. I am going to assume that there have been priests leading the praying of the Rosary because I know it does happen. The real problem is that the only people it intimidates are those who have sold their souls to the devil & embraced the "culture of death".

The writer goes on to show PP's disdain for prayer. They hate the fact that prayer is asking for God to move, to act, to defeat the culture of death. The 2nd paragraph shows even clearer how little they think of prayer. They want people to see it as only a feel good experience as shown in the line "lift people's spirits"

Yes, prayer can lift people's spirits, but that is not the main purpose of true prayer. They know it.

Given how powerful the Rosary is as a weapon of spiritual warfare, is it any wonder they hate it being used?

Meanwhile, in Idaho the protesters are alledgedly screaming at them through bullhorns. Highly unlikely, in fact down right improbable for anyone who knows the truth. The only time I have ever seen bullhorns used is to lead a large crowd in prayer.

Then there is this wonderful piece of illogic: "While I can’t know exactly what goes on in the minds of the protesters -- and thank goodness I don’t -- I can imagine how they feel about me, or what they think their protest means to me." If she can't know what goes on in our minds, how can she be sure that what she is about to say is right? She can't!

So what are we supposed to be thinking? Get this: "I have heard them on the bullhorn, calling for me to come out of the clinic, that it isn’t too late for me to be forgiven for what I have done. They must picture me hanging my head in shame, worried that they might be right, that I am committing sin each day I come to work. They couldn’t be further from the truth." 1st, more lies about the bullhorn. Then her comment about us thinking she hangs her head in shame, no we don't. But she is right about 1 thing, she is committing sin each day when she comes to work, a multitude of them. & what we are doing is praying for her conversion because it isn't too late for her to repent.

Then she goes on with a bunch of claims I won't repeat but they are clearly aimed at trying to get us to give up.

Then there is the other ploy, "why are you wasting your time here when there are so many other "good" things you could be doing?" Our praying is being idle & "just a waste of everyone’s time." They know it isn't, if it was, how do you explain the 268 lives saved? But, they won't admit that we have won a single victory. To do so undermines their clainms that we are just wasting our time.

I had to respond to this post with the truth. Naturally, they refuse to publish it, & I suspect any other comment that proves that their claims are lies.

& of course, they have the "pledge-a-protester" up & going. Another attempt to scare us away that won't work. Last year they brag about getting $50,000. For their budget, that is a drop in the bucket. They won't admit they need this money to make up for the loss of blood money because they are't doing as many abortions. Let's assume that they are actually telling the truth here & they did make $50 grand. (I suspect the number is a lie & it was actually a lot less.) & given that, based on their own numbers, each abortion brings in an average of $00 (or more). Let's do the math. 268 saved during the 1st 20 days times $400 = $107,200. Then subtract the $50,000 & they have already lost over $57,000 this time arround. Given that each life saved is definitely worth more than the $400 they charge, it looks to me like they are the losers. The truth is: THEIR SCARE TACTICS WON'T WORK!!!!

We will keep praying for an end to abortion, we will keep praying for the abortion clinic workers as well. Why, because we love life. Every life has value. & every PP worker is a soul that Jesus died on the Cross to save. Yes, they see us as threatening. Just like the demons saw Jesus as threatening. (A Reflection On Matthew 5:10-12 & 8:28-34) We don't hate them, we love them as we love the unborn. & they know that.

With a little over 2 weeks left, I know there will be many more lies told about us by PP & their minions. But more importantly, many more unborn lives will be saved, women & their families will be spared the emotional/psychological damage done by abortion, & maybe a few abortionists will be touched by God's Spirit, repent & leave the "culture of death" for the "Culture of Life".
