God's Divine Planning

I know that many a person would say that this is just pure coincidence. & from a human standpoint, it probably would be. However, I don't think it is.

So, what am I talking about?

I'm talking about Planned Parenthood's (PP) recent unsuccesful attempt find a place to open a site here in DBQ. An attempt that is ongoing.

& I am talking about 2 upcoming Pro-Life events in the area.

The 1st is a Pro-Life Mass at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in E. DBQ. On Tuesday, 5 August 2008 they will be the site for the monthly Rockford Diocese's Pro-Life Mass. The evening begins with a Rosary for Life at 6:40pm followed by Holy Mass at 7:00pm and veneration of an image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. After Mass Patricia Bainbridge will speak on "Conscientious Voting". The evening ends with a social hour including refreshments, pro-life displays and pro-life literature.

6 days later on Monday, 11 August 2008 there will be a 2nd Pro-Life Mass in the area. This Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Key West. Father Peter West from Priests for Life will be the main celebrant. The Mass starts at 7:30 pm. It will be followed by a processional to the Memorial to the Unborn at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Like I said, I don't think this is coincidence in any way shape or form. I have said again & again that all Pro-Life activity needs to be undergirded by prayer. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is the most powerful prayer out there. God knew we would need all the spiritual help we can in this battle against evil. Armed with prayer, I believe we will win. PP will not succeed.

So, please join us in praying that PP will be kept out of the DBQ area. Esp pray that any attempts to sneak in using cover corporations or other subterfuge will be brought to light so it can be stopped. & if you can attend 1 or both Masses please do so.
