Fr. Tom Euteneuer offers A Solution for the Mid-East Conflict

Fr. Euteneuer sent out his latest e-newsletter. In it he addresses what is going on in the Middle East, the real problem & how to deal with it.

What is the problem to be dealt with? Terrorism.

In the article he points out what the real radical cause of the problem is. He does so in the true meaning of the word radical: root. So, what is the root cause of terrorism? He calls it as it is, terroism is a cancer that is satanic in origin.

Now that the problem has been diagnosed, what is the cure? As he says: "If terrorism is satanic, then the actual solution to it is to conquer Satan and his minions with the Church’s spiritual power. All other human solutions bear fruit as a result of that. " He goes on to point out: "Diplomacy and military action are necessary human means to arrest the advance of evil, but by definition they only seek the cessation of hostilities. We are looking to banish the root cause of the hostilities."

So, what can You & I do to bring about this cure? Going back to the Papa Benedetto's call to prayer, we have the start of bringing about this cure. Prayer & intercession for the situation in the Middle-East is the start. Pray for God to send his Holy Angels, led by St. Michael, to battle Satan.

But there is more that some members of Christ's mystical body will be called to do. Fr. Euteneuer lays out the broad outlines of how the Church battles evil. Some reading it may be called to do some specific actions. But, will it work? Fr. E. answers this question also, YES! it will. He shows how it has in the past when men & women of faith have stepped out in obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit to battle evil & do good.
