    TH2, no it isn't Bacharach. Actually, i'm a little surprized you didn't guess it. Maybe some additional clues will help.
    The composer is Canadian. He wrote & recorded it in 1974 as an instrumental. In 1979 Ray Conniff did a version with lyrics he wrote.

    TH2, Glad you got it. Anyhow, every since I saw the video, the tune has been running through my mind. There are a lot worse songs than this however.
