Today is Quasimodo Sunday

NO, not that Quasimodo!!!!

Quasimodo Sunday takes its name from the first words of the Introit or opening Antiphon "Quasi modo geniti infantes..." ("As newborn babies...", from I Peter 2:2)

    Actually, it IS 'that' Quasimodo.

The character in the play was "like a newborn," --

The author of the play knew his stuff.

    Dad29, good point!

The newborn babiesimage is an excellent 1 to teach us how we should rely on God's mercy. Newborns are totally dependant on others, esp their parents to care for them.
