It Pays to Break the Law. . . If You Are Planned Parenthood That Is

& if you have the President of the USA in your back pocket, like PP does, it pays big. Despite all that Live Action & others have uncovered. Despite clinic after clinic getting fined or shut for breaking the law, killing women through botched abortions, covering up rape & incest, Obama thinks that PP should be rewarded for doing those things, not punished. That reward, more of our tax dollars so PP can continue to break the law, make obscene profits & promote its eugenics, racist agenda to eliminate blacks in America.

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- The head of a national pro-life group says there is a lesson to be learned from the Alabama health department's placing a Planned Parenthood abortion center on a one year probation. However, President Barack Obama doesn't appear to have learned that lessen because he wants more funding for Planned Parenthood.
As LifeNews.com has reported, the Alabama health department responded to an undercover video showing a Birmingham Planned Parenthood staffer covering up a potential sexual abuse case and ignoring the state's parental consent on abortion law.
Alabama officials reviewed the evidence, conducted their own probe -- which found numerous violations of both the consent and the statutory rape reporting law -- and they slapped the Birmingham clinic with a year-long probation.
Tony Perkins, the president of the Family Research Council, tells LifeNews.com that this isn't the first time Planned Parenthood has been under fire for breaking the law.
But, he points out that the Obama administration's response is to give the abortion business more government money.
"Unfortunately, these same crimes have been committed by Planned Parenthood clinics all across the country--and yet the federal government's only response has been to reward the corruption with more money," Perkins says.
"Instead of asking Congress to hold Planned Parenthood accountable, President Obama has asked Congress to give it a raise," Perkins added. "The budget he submitted for 2011 requests a $10 million increase in Title X funds, for a total of $327,356,000 that will go directly to an organization implicated in dozens of instances of fraud, clinical deficiencies, safety violations, and criminal cover-ups."
He continued, "Of course, this is all taking place as unscrupulous local politicians try to destroy the credibility of pregnancy care centers, which are guilty of nothing but offering women the real facts about life."
To demonstrate just how bad the problems at the Birmingham Planned Parenthood are, Perkins points to a quote from one state health official.
Rick Harris, director of the state's Bureau of Health Provider Standards, appeared to be shocked by the numerous violations his investigation found at the Planned Parenthood facility.
"You would think that an abortion clinic that intended to be law-abiding would have a lawyer or someone in the facility personally sit down and read what the statute requires and that obviously hadn't been done," he said.
In the undercover sting operation by pro-lifer Lila Rose, a Birmingham clinic worker was caught on tape helping a 14-year-old girl (played by Rose) bypass the state's parental consent law to obtain a secret abortion.
The counselor promises not to report the incident to Alabama authorities after they learn that her "boyfriend" is 31.
"As long as you consented to have sex with him," the clinic worker says, "there's nothing we can truly do about that."
However, under Alabama state law, sex between a 14-year-old and an adult is a felony.
Later, when the employee directed the girl to another woman in the office, she admits, "I know sometimes she does bend the rules a bit...Whatever you tell us stays in these walls. We can't say anything."
