An Idea Who's Time Has Come
& why not? If people can stamp "I grew hemp" on the Dollar bill, why not this. The only problem I see is with the way the economy is going who will have any $20 to spend.
Actually, there are 2 other small problems, the current make-up of Congress, & the fact that Biden would then be president if Obama was impeached & convicted. But those problems are not insurmountable, esp if things go the way they should in Novemeber & the right Republican becomes Speaker of the House.
