Some True Blue Mass Vestments

Despite what some people think, blue is NOT an approved color for vestments in Latin Rite Catholic Churches in the USA. It can be used as trim, but not the main color. It is not licit for Advent. Blue was an approved in the Sarum rite & is a licit color for the Anglican Church & will probably be so for those Anglicans coming in under the recent In the Maronite Catholic Church it is approved for Marian feasts. Something that I wouldn't mind being extended for the Roman Rite in the USA. But in some parts of the world, blue is & long has been an approved color. 1 of those areas is Spain for (if I understand correctly) both the Latin & Mozarabic Rite.

As I said, i would welcome an extention of the use of blue to the USA, esp if it would guarentee they were like these ones pictured above.
