The City of Milwaukee is Promoting Promiscuity

An article by Carlie Sykes on the 620WTMJ website begins as follows:

Forget MPS.
The City of Milwaukee has been handing out rubbers to kids as young as 12.Oh, and lubricants too.
That's 12 years old. No nurses. No lectures. No parents. No names. Just rubbers. And a nifty "bi-lingual, tri-fold insertt" on safe sex.

Yup, you read that right. Milwaukee taxpayers are footing the bill to encourage young teens to have sex. There is almost nothing about abstinance. It presumes that the teens are incapable of saying no to sex. But just be sure to use protection. The big joke is the name of the program. It is called the No Condom? No Way! Campaign (www.nocondomnoway.com). Did you get that? They don't think teens are capable of saying no to premarital sex, yet they expect them to say no to doing it without a condom. Get real!!!!

This isn't going to promote safe sex. It is going to promote more sex. Guys are going to get the condoms & use them as a way to put pressure on girls to give in. I may be more than a few years removed from my teen years, but i still remember what it was like back then. & I know that is how it is going to play out.

The campaign website, as I said, says almost nothing about abstinance, but it does have a page to help you decide when you are ready.

& the links are just as bad. There is the link to Planned Parenthood. I guess that is so that when they find out that condoms aren't the protection they claim it is, you can get the abortion or treatment for the STD. & if you don't want to go to PP, they provide links to sites about emergency contraception. In other words, where you can get a chemical abortion, PP or elsewhere.

There is also a link to PP's infamous teenwire website. & of course, none of the other links promote abstinance either, just the myth of safe sex using a condom. There are even links to groups that promote the gay lifestyle as well.

As I said there is almost nothing about abstinance on the website. It does mention abstinence-only & abstinence-based sex ed on the parents page. & while they make it look like they are providing links to webpages with info on that page, the link is only to a definition. & even what appears to be a link to info found in a footnote is actually only a link to a criticism of their being used. In fact it calls them "harmful". & every research article it cites is from PP's propeganda arm, the Guttmacher Institute.

This program is the type that would be promoted by ObamaCare as well. It is the type of program that the "culture of death" is spreading worldwide. Groups like Human Life International have been battling this myth for years.

It never ceases to amaze me that the pro-aborts will tell us we can't force our morality on them. The reality it isn't a matter of forcing a morality or not, it is a matter of whose morality the law will enforce. & the pro-aborts have no qualms about not only forcing their morality on use but making us pay for it as well.
