1 Good Think About the Passage of the Stupak Amended Health Care Bill

IT HAS GOT PLANNED PARENTHOOD PISSED OFF!!!!!!!!!!

& while they are trying to make it sound like it is a woman's health issue, the reality is, if it stays in the final version it will keep them from making even more money from murdering unborn babies than they are now. Stupak will prevent them from milking the Federal cash cow that is fed by our tax money. & even beyond milking, ripping off by overcharging just like they do now in California & have gotten in trouble for doing so elsewhere.

Naturally, little Miss "I am a Good Catholic" Pelosi voted against it.

Also, & this is no surprize, alledged Catholic Patrick Kennedy voted against Stupak.

The Iowa deligation voted along party lines. My Rep, Braley - D, voted against it as I expected.

Like I said, the passage of the Stupak Amendment is 1 of the few good bits about what happenned Saturday in Congress. There are still way too many other things wrong with al of the current forms of health care reform in Congress. & there is no guarentee the final version will contain any remnants of Stupak either.
