Obama's SEIU Blueshirts

Giuseppe Garibaldi (who was a socialist) had his redshirts, Il Duce (Benito Mussolini) had his blackshirts, Hilter had his brownshirts & now it looks like Obama has his equivilent in the blueshirted SEIU.
On 6 August 2009, Kenneth Gladney was the victim of an assault outside a health care town hall meeting in St. Louis by U.S. Rep. Russ Carnahan, D-St. Louis. Among those attacking him were SEIU members.
Here is the raw footage of a part of the incident (Caution: some obscene language):
Here is some of the news coverage:
Here is a statement released by David Brown, Gladney’s lawyer:
"Kenneth was attacked on the evening of August 6, 2009 at Rep. Russ Carnahan’s town hall meeting in South St. Louis County. I was at the town hall meeting as well and witnessed the events leading up to the attack of Kenneth. Kenneth was approached by an SEIU representative as Kenneth was handing out “Don’t Tread on Me” flags to other conservatives. The SEIU representative demanded to know why a black man was handing out these flags. The SEIU member used a racial slur against Kenneth, then punched him in the face. Kenneth fell to the ground. Another SEIU member yelled racial epithets at Kenneth as he kicked him in the head and back. Kenneth was also brutally attacked by one other male SEIU member and an unidentified woman. The three men were clearly SEIU members, as they were wearing T-shirts with the SEIU logo.
Kenneth was beaten badly. One assailant fled on foot; three others were arrested. Kenneth was admitted to St. John’s Mercy Medical Center emergency room, where he was treated for his numerous injuries. Kenneth was merely expressing his freedom of speech by handing out the flags. In fact, he merely asked people as they exited the town hall meeting whether they would like a flag. He in no way provoked any argument or altercation, as evidenced by the fact that three assailants were arrested.

More news coverage here:
PS, the other day I pointed out how ObamaCare's logo was eeriely like the old Nazi symbol (If I'm Not Already On Their List, This Should Do It ). Well in light of the above, I have found another eerie similarity.
Here again is the ObamaCare logo (which can be seen at The Tennessee Democratic Party, Monterey County Democrats , ObamaMamas.com, & of course, BarackObama.com):
Compare that to the vehicle command flag for the Stabschef SA (Staff Chief) of the Sturmabteilung (brownshirts):
I'm not saying the logo similarity is more than a coincidence, but the similarity sure is interesting. Esp since the tactics to silence the opponants are identical.
PPS Here is a part of the Wikipedia entry for the SEIU: "The SEIU is a neo-socialist union founded in 1921 in Chicago as the Building Services Employees Union (BSEU);" Did you get that? NEO-SOCIALIST. & remember Wikipedia isn't exactly known for having a conservative bias.
FYI: AFL-CIO President John Sweeney used to be head honcho of SEIU.
What is really sad is that these guys have no idea how much on the wrong side of history they are.

(Added 1:51 am) Have to add a couple things.
1. A couple days ago on a post by Cavey at the Lair, Fr. Erik Richtsteig said... "I wonder when they are going to roll out their version of the Horst Wessel Leide?" (Where Have I Seen This Image Before?) The lyrics of the song were composed in 1929 by Horst Wessel, a Nazi activist and local commander of the Nazi militia, the SA. (The brownshirts mentioned above who's flag I put up.) When Fr. made his comment I hadn't even thought about this post. & it didn't dawn on me til now that the song & the flag I put up had the connection it did. & as a possible answer to Fr. Erik's question, how about The Internationale?
Also, the flag Cavey put up to show the similarity was that of Der Standesbeamte, "The registrar of births, marriages and deaths" in Nazi Germany. Given how ObamaCare will affect who is born & how they die, the flag was a very appropriate choice by him.
Like I said, the similarities could be pure coincidence. But, I have to ask a question. Why the need to put the Obama campaign logo in the health care logo? The swastika was the symbol of the Nazi party that they imposed on the country as its symbol after they took over. Is the ObamaCare logo the 1st sign of things to come?
2. Given how in bed the SEIU & AFL-CIO in general with Obama, I have to wonder how long it is before they work his logo into theirs. They have become his equivelent of the brownshirts & stormtroopers. They might as well go all the way & admit what everyone already knows.
