On Monday the National Institutes of Health the guidelines to implement President Barack
Obama's decision to force taxpayers to fund embryonic stem cell research. They go into effect today.
Obviously, I am opposes to any use of embryos for this sort of research. & I have posted many a time about the fact there is no need for this type of research. So, I won't go over that ground again here.
But there were some things in the Reuter's article that really grabbed my attention & raised concerns for me.
1 of those is the fact that the National Institutes of Health eased the so-called "informed consent" requirements meant to ensure that people who donated embryos for research knew exactly what they might be used for. My question is why? Is this to make it easier to mislead people so that they will more readily agree to the murder of their unborn children by making it easier for them to deny what they are doing?
Another line jumped out. According to the new rules "The guidelines reflect the broad public support for federal funding of research using human embryonic stem cells created from such embryos based on wide and diverse debate on the topic in Congress and elsewhere." They do? I'm sorry, but that is an out & out lie that has no basis in fact. There is no broad based support for this type of research outside of those wanting to do the research & those who have been mislead into believing it offers hope where it doesn't.
With the issuing of these rules we have come 1 step closer to going over the edge & bringing about the total destruction of our civilization. God is still holding back because of us who are praying, repenting for our culture & country's sins against life & speaking up. It is not too late to turn back. Pray to God we do before we take that last step.
