They would still be deadlocked on 5 April 2009, N. Korea would have conquered S. Korea & maybe even Japan.

So, explain to me why the UN even matters anymore?, other that as a clearing house for the "culture of death" to promote & impose its agenda.

Maybe they could put up windturbines arround the building to take advantage of all the hot air that seems to be their main product. At least then they could produce some electricity & at least do something useful.
