The Speech That CAIR Tried to Stop

The other day CAIR threatened to sue Young America's Foundation if they let Robert Spencer speak at their recent National Conservative Student Conference. This raises some interesting questions, like "Why did CAIR try to silence him before he said what he said?" Maybe it was because they knew that the truth would then be out there even more than it already is. & it is a truth CAIR doesn't want out there. Anyhow, listen for yourself & make you own minds up. Is what he says about CAIR true?

My opinion is simple, CAIR is hoping their threats will silence their detractors. Their tactics remind me of the fascist tactics used by Mussolini to silence their opponents. They hope for capitulation intead of a trial. They don't want to go to trial because they know that they will lose. Fortunately there are many people out there like Robert Spencer who aren't giving into their threats.

I conclude by saying I share the sentiments of Robert Spencer's challenge to CAIR:

"Set aside legal weapons of intimidation…enter into a public discussion of all I have spoken about here.

Show me where it’s wrong.

Let’s have a dialogue. A debate. Whenever they want. Wherever they want."
