Now, If She Had Decided to Have an Abortion . . . .
& the doctor prescribed this drug then he would be just doing his job, not being charged with murder. But because it was against her will he is now facing murder charges. But according to abortion supporters it isn't a human being with the right to life until after it has been born. So how can he be charged with murder? Simple, because he did murder the child using an abortifacient. What this does is prove that abortion is murder every time.
In 1 of the links below the blogger makes an interesting point. "And here’s a curious question for the feminists. They advocate, strongly and consistently, for women to be able to abort their babies without the consent of the father. The child is half his, after all, so why should he not have a say? But if the feminist position is that women should be allowed to abort without the father’s consent, then really, what’s so different about this case? Isn’t it the exact same thing that feminists advocate, except with the father performing the abortion? Feminists say they’re all about equality, after all, and that they don’t want women to be superior to men, just equal. So what’s the issue here? If a woman can have an abortion without the consent of the father, then why can’t the father do the same thing to her? If killing your baby is an absolute right and feminists are fighting for equality, then why should only mothers have that right? Why can’t fathers as well?"
I know her question is rhetorical but the answer is simple. If the father can decide to force an abortion then that same father can decide to stop the abortion as well. As she said "This is a sticky situation for them." & it is. If they speak up to defend the woman's choice then they undermine all their screaming about Palin & Palin's daughter being held up for chosing not to have an abortion as well as the Tebow Super Bowl Ad rants. If they remain silent then they say that there are times when it is OK to assault or rape a woman. Something they proved they were willing to do when Bill Clinton sexually assaulted several women. This is just more proof of how empty the claims that this is about the woman are & that it is about promoting abortion no matter what.
This guy deserves TO BE THROWN IN JAIL FOR LIFE. Unfortunately he probably won't. & I also am willing to predict that this won't get much, if any, coverage by the Main Stream Media.
Ex-pharmacist faces extradition in murder case
Bath, N.Y. — Extradition proceedings will likely begin this week for a 38-year-old Bath man charged with killing his mistress’ unborn child in Pennsylvania, Steuben County District Attorney John Tunney said Monday.
Orbin Tercero remains in the Steuben County Jail following his arrest Thursday in Bath on several charges, including two homicide counts.
Tunney said the process to send Tercero back to Pennsylvania cannot begin until the former pharmacist finds a lawyer. After that, he will appear in county court, at which time he can waive or fight extradition.
If Tercero does not voluntarily agree to return to Pennsylvania, an extradition hearing will be set.
Extradition proceedings usually occur relatively soon after an arrest, Tunney said, adding that he believes the process will begin sometime this week.
Tercero is accused of using pharmaceutical drugs to induce a miscarriage.
He allegedly inserted a drug thought to be Misoprostol into the woman during two sexual encounters at her home in Sayre, Pa. He also allegedly put the drug in the woman’s juice and water.
On Feb. 28, the second time Tercero allegedly inserted pills into the woman, she miscarried at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre. The fetus was at 13 weeks gestation.
Tercero was engaged to another woman and had been in a physical relationship with the victim for approximately two years.
