Allowing This Makes Absolutely No Sense At All To Me

Which is why I can understand how come Catholics in Alaska are upset that the Archdiocese of Anchorage has agreed to let the Episcopalians use one of their parishes for their Consecration Ceremony of a new Episcopal Bishop. So what you say? Well the big problem (among many) is who is doing the consecration, Presiding Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori. Given her stands (as well of those of the Episcopal Church these days) on homosexuality, gay marriage, etc & how they clash with Catholic teaching.

Joe @ Defend Us In Battle... has a post up on this (Defense of The TRUE Church ) listing his concerns. Then last Tuesday he put ap a post with his Letter to the Archbishop of Anchorage re: Episcopal "consecration" at Our Lady of Guadalupe. The letter is excellent. it states the concerns clearly without being confrontational. He has also put up some videos so you can understand his concerns about Schori ( Meet Katharine J. Schori....) Please check out the posts & add your support to his efforts.
