So Tell me Again Why People Are Supporting Comprehensive Sex Ed?

To hear Planned Parenthood & the other advocates of comprehensive sex ed talk, every teen out there is a mass of raging hormones incapible of keeping their pants zipped up. They make it sound like every male is a hrondog & every gal is a slut. & that the only way we are going to reduce the number of them getting pregnant is to teach everyone to us birth control. & that abstinance based sex ed doesn't work.
The truth is different. The majority of teens are not having sex. Add this to the studes that show abstinance based sex ed does work & the real reasons behind PP's promotion of comprehensive sex ed becomes even more apparent. It is good for their business. 1st the business of selling birth control. Their brand of sex ed is really just a glorified ad for their business. & ultimately, the increase in the number of abortions they will do when the birth control fails. Again do to brand nae recognition. That is what they are pushing Planned Parenthood, not safe sex.
By the way does PP really think that teens don't already know about birth control. Back in the 60s, long before all this modern info age, us guys all knew about using condoms, whether we were sexually active or not. & those that didn't use them, knew the consequences. & today's teens do as well. As I said, PP's version of sex ed is only to push PP & its agenda: selling sex so they can sell abortions.

A U.S. government study has found that most teens are virgins, a finding which one pro-life group says has “huge significance” for sex education curricula which assume that teenagers are sexually active.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s June 2010 report is titled “Teenagers in the United States: Sexual Activity, Contraceptive Use, and Childbearing.”
It shows that from 2006 to 2008, 58 percent of never-married teen girls and 57 percent of never-married teen boys between the ages of 15 and 19 reported that they had never had sexual intercourse. The numbers were substantially unchanged since a 2002 study.
As in the 2002 study, the leading reason teens gave for not having intercourse was “against religion or morals,” with 41 percent of teen females and 35 percent of teen males offering this reason.
The vast majority of never-married teenagers had not had sexual intercourse in the month before the survey, with 76 percent of females and 79 percent of males reporting no sexual relations.
The American Life League (ALL) claimed that the report builds a “solid case” against Planned Parenthood’s promotion of “sex education devoid of morality or religious influence.”
The pro-life group cited Planned Parenthood Federation of America official Vanessa Cullins, who in a YouTube video for teens told them “admit that you are a sexually active individual like most of us, and that you are going to have sex and that you need to take precautions in order to stay healthy.”
ALL president Judie Brown said the study had ramifications for sex ed programs in schools.
"This study has huge significance for our nation's public and even private schools - many of whom have been regurgitating Planned Parenthood's dangerously inaccurate sex-education curriculum," Brown commented.
The number of “sexually experienced” teens peaked in 1988 at 51 percent. ALL notes that the decline in sexually active teens has coincided with the increased popularity and availability of abstinence education.
