Jimmy Dean - 1928 - 2010

Jimmy Dean passed away last nite @ in his Henrico County, Va., home. According to his wife Donna Meade Dean, he had some health problems but was still functioning well, so his death came as a shock. She said he was eating in front of the television. She left the room for a time and came back and he was unresponsive. She said he was pronounced dead at 7:54 p.m. (Singer, sausage businessman Jimmy Dean dies at 81)

& while he will be best remembered for his hit song, Big Bad John & the breakfast saugage brand he created, he was also in the James Bond movie Diamonds are Forever. There he played a fictional version of Howard Hughes known as Willard Whyte (picture below).
