Welcome Home

I 1st heard about this 1st on EWTN Live last night. I long suspected this was coming. Iowa is in the Diocese of the Missouri Valley & we have a parish here in DBQ, St. Thomas of Canterbury Anglican Church. Something tells me that in the Chancery & elsewhere this isn't going to be welcome news. But for those of us who are faithful Catholics it is.

So as I said, Welcome Home. I know it will be some time yet before everything is worked out, but know that you have a few friends here in DBQ ready to give you a warm welcome.

We, the House of Bishops of the Anglican Church in America of the Traditional Anglican Communion have met in Orlando, Florida, together with our Primate and the Reverend Christopher Phillips of the "Anglican Use" Parish of Our Lady of the Atonement (San Antonio, Texas) and others.

At this meeting, the decision was made formally to request the implementation of the provisions of the Apostolic Constitution Anglicanorum coetibus in the United States of America by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.
